Pros:

Excellent location. Near to lots of bars, shops, resteraurants and the park! Room was a good size and the staff were very attentive.

Cons:

On site roof top bar was very expensive, and catered more to non-hotel guests.

Positively unforgettable!
Pros:

I booked this based primarily on proximity to the cricket stadium but found the stay and the staff exceptional. Veeresh on reception was a superstar who also helped me with a train booking and some excellent local advice; but all the team were lovely.

Cons:

Not that I don’t like it, but anyone who likes an early night on the weekend might find music from the bar disturbs their sleep until 1am.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the internal housekeeping and ordering food through their internal app was very convenient. Fast service. Excellent breakfast. the valet drivers were very quick and good

Car parking ( Understand that the hotel is in the centre of the city and space constraints are there)

Pros:

The location was lovely, v near Cubbon Park and bangalore shopping district. Clean, comfortable and spacious room, and lovely hospitality. Breakfast had very good variety, especially for this rate. Items like eggs, salad, juice, cereal, baked goods and hot items were excellent value.

Cons:

Everything was v good. However kitchen items, both room service and cooked breakfast, were satisfactory to decent at best. Not amazing.... But one can always order food delivery. Also, the room fridge switches off if keycard removed, so I had to keep room powered on.

Pros:

Nadat we de 1e nacht slecht hadden geslapen door een niet werkende airconditioning en de bassen van de club bovenin het gebouw, kregen we prompt een andere kamer aangeboden aan de andere kant van het gebouw, zonder geluid van de club, met een zeer goed werkende aircon en veel meer ruimte (suite) dan eerst.
Top opgelost door de (vermoedelijke?) manager!

Ook complimenten voor de man die op zondag in Zest werkte, tijdens het inbegrepen ontbijtbuffet. Deze man heeft iedereen begroet als een bekende en gezorgd dat iedereen had wat hij/zij wilde, geweldig!
Wel een groot contrast met de andere dagen, misschien kan de rest van het Zest-team bij hem in de leer?

De kamer was zoals gezegd zeer ruim door de extra living, maar ook de oospronkelijke kamer had een ruim formaat, fijn bed, schoon beddengoed, en fijne badkamer, zeker de regendouche: heel goed warm en een krachtige straal.
Fijn veel ruimte voor het plaatsen van koffers en tassen, en er zijn kledingkasten.

De verdiepingen met de kamers zijn alleen bereikbaar dmv een pasje waarmee de kamer opent maar ook de lift bediend wordt: veilig.

Ook bij de receptie vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame mensen!

Dank team Southern Star voor het fijne verblijf!

Cons:

Tip: niet alle gasten kunnen veilig van kraanwater drinken, geef het aan als je kraanwater serveert en biedt een alternatief.
Op zondag toen de aardige meneer bij het ontbijt werkte, kwamen we erachter dat er ook mineralwater te bestellen was, tegen bijbetaling.

Good location, good service
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, a lot of choices and good service

Cons:

The bathroom needs to be maintained. The door to the shower was sticking, and didnt close all the way. There should be more towels provided. Only one bath towel was provided and I had to ask for a hand towel.
