Some staff members are helpful, but others seem to treat customers differently based on their clothing or perceived weal
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Despite my request, hotel management has neither responded nor taken action to repair the washroom exhaust fan, which remains out of service.

Excellent! And thanks for a stellar staff, especially Ms. Poorvi at the front desk. Thank you!
Pros:

It is centrally located and the two restaurants on site were very good, with a range of options. The suite room in particular was very comfortable and the staff was great. A special shout out to Poorvi at the front desk who went the extra mile to accommodate my needs as I was traveling with my elderly parents, who have some mobility and dietary needs.

Cons:

Everything was fine.

I mentioned this in another review as I had booked two rooms (including a suite), for myself and my elderly parents. The place was very comfortable, well located, with a very helpful and considerate staff.
Special shout out to Ms. Poorvi at the front desk. Thank you!

Cons:

All good.
