Все было хорошо,персонал отличный правда долго вникал в ситуацию потом поняли что переводчик неправильно переводит,надо чем проще тем лучше писать.клали нам на али пэй дегьги мы им отдавали кешем.когдиционер слабоват,но они сказали что так везде ..сушить вещи негде..было бы хорошо если б поставили сушилку для вещей.ресторан слишком дорогой для такой гостиницы.персонал все милахи даже помогли кокос разбить правда с раза так пятого все по очереди))
The location is good, close to the city center with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel is in a convenient area and quite. The room is clean, and free from any smoke or unpleasant smells. The reception and parking lot are staffed 24/7.

Many things-
1. Breakfast without anything vegetarian almost. Felt like the hotel doesn’t care for foreign visitors and only Chinese visitors. Also the attitude of the staff toward me as foreigner was strange from the beginning- racist looks, laughs, unwillingness to give service as though it humiliates them.. if this is the hotel policy they are free to decide this, but just make it clear and don’t publish yourself at booking as accepting foreigners.
Also the rooms are old style, at the lobby the drinks and food very expensive, no area to sit around and chill, if you come to study and work and look for a convenient place that’s not it.
Also the hotel is far from everything.

Hotel room was good. decently sized and very clean. good value for money
free breakfast was meh, don't expect much. Location is quite far away from anything else, situated right outside the 3rd ring, and more than 1KM away from any trains. Also all the happening spots in the city are on the east side of the city.

Clean and maintenance staff respond very quickly to requests
WiFi signal wasn’t strong enough and can’t support us calling a cab from the lobby. No air condition in the room and hot during the stay. Also breakfast service was quite bad, some hot food was cold, and staff stood there watching without providing any services at all, it appears they have a job guaranteed and no incentive to perform duty. One morning we were at the breakfast restaurant counter trying to inquire some information about the restaurant , the manger at the counter was playing her phone and ignoring us completely (while noticing us standing right in front her waiting) for about 5 minutes, she had no care about any customers standing right in front of her waiting to be helped yet she simply played her phone while on duty , she asked me self “why anyone would pay such a non-service ?

Breakfast- very little options for vegetarians. Don't have cornflakes, muesli, bread butter too...
The hotel was recently modernised and had smallish but beautifully done rooms, the lobby etc were all exceptionally nice and excellent value for money vs other options in Beijing. The cleanliness was also superb and the hotel was only 10 minutes walk from a metro station.
The breakfast has essentially no vegetarian options, thankfully the hotel kindly arranged for our breakfast to be refunded through booking.com but we were disappointed to not be able to have a relaxed hotel brekkie before leaving for the day.
