Pros:

Spacious room with a microwave and a washing machine. Clean and comfortable. A short walk to the airport bus. Able to leave luggage after check out. The discount voucher for meals at the local steakhouse was appreciated. Exceptional customer service. Will stay again.

Overpriced for what we got
Pros:

Host was very helpful. Good water pressure, spa bath was good. Sitting on the balcony in the afternoon sun. Helpful in drying clothes as well. 200 metres to bus stop

Cons:

Bed was too hard, cutlery was blunt, traffic noise. Small refrigerator made noises during the night

Unexpected luxury
Pros:

really nice room with a lovely spa bath, very comfortable bed. The manager was just lovely. Really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Difficult small parking area but not a deal breaker - the other stuff was so good it made up for the car park

Pros:

Great facilities. Spa bath, washing machine Netflix, everything you could need! Lovely staff. And great location next to the park and not far from town centre. Highly recommended.

Great location to see Christchurch
