Pros:

Great facilities. Spa bath, washing machine Netflix, everything you could need! Lovely staff. And great location next to the park and not far from town centre. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Coudl hear the road noise but still managed to sleep.

Great location to see Christchurch
Pros:

Great studio room with balcony, good kitchen area and bathroom. Will on reception could not have been more helpful with advice on what to do and where to go, Thank you Will👍👍

Great location, Will the owner is a great guy and very good communicator. Room is very spacious and everything there is of a good quality; that includes beds, kitchenware and the showers and bathroom are very well equipped.

We were really impressed with everything , we would stay there again

10/10 customer service, even received a text message to double check we still required a portacot. So friendly at ch
