The staff were exceptionals.
Pros:

For the people looking for the fancy places. This place is not for you. This place is for the travelers who do not care much about prestige and the so flashy lifestyle. This place is good for what is it for: spend a night and move during the day. I was lucky to have a good room away from noises and cars horns. The breakfast was served every day, and it is the same every day (Tip the ladies at the cafeteria. They much need that tip). The elevator is scary but once used to it became very strange experience and funny too. The room was cleaned upon request so does all the other stuff Towel shampoo. (Do not hesitate to leave a tip (100 LE at least $2.00 dollars) on the table for the cleaning lady. You will be surprised. The room was clean. The bed and sheet were clean and changed every day. Shout To NADA and Mohamed. This Kids were great at the reception very helpful. Please remember not to bring your SHITTY I AM ENTITLED ATTITUDE to this place. They are humans too. Be Nice to receive a special treatment. DO NOT HESTITATE TO TIP THIS GUYS TOO. I talked too much about tipping. It is optional however once you touch their soul and listen to them, you will know that you $10 or $5.00 dollars (it is not much to most European and American Tourist) has a big impact on them. This place is in the middle of Cairo close to everything that needs to be seen. Use uber as your mean of transportation. PLEASE DO NOT ASK THE POLICE FOR ANYTHING, YOU WILL REGRET THE ENCOUNTER.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad. La atención del personal es muy correcta. Son muy amables y serviciales. El desayuno es básico. La cama es cómoda y las sábanas estaban limpias.

Cons:

Nada en especial si tenemos en cuenta que los estándares de limpieza en estos países son muy distintos a los que tenemos en Europa.
