I got there and had received no check in details, nor did they answer the phone to me or booking.com. I had to wait several hours while a new accommodation was sorted for me
Goede douche, goede locatie
Koffiezetapparaat werkte niet, geen lepels geen suiker niemand aanwezig donkere kamer bijna geen licht. Lift kapot. TV was niet aan te zetten.
Room was a shit hole.
Wasnt sound proofed. As booked. Bed wasn't extra large as booked.
No shower gel. No hand soap. Broken coffee machine that pi$$ed water everywhere. A fridge that was just a cupboard with a light and didn't keep anything cool. Broken sinks. Black mould. About 27 light switches and only 2 working bulbs. Shower leaked water in to the main room EXCESSIVELY (regardless of door being closed), we had to use 3 towels to build a dam. Owners/managers wouldn't respond to any messages, asking for extra blankets and amenities. We didn't have a problem with any of this as we were happy to raise the issues and have them sorted. After being ignored by them, we checked Google reviews and everyone had had the same issues of being ignored.

Great location and visually a very beautiful room. Overall, the place has a lot of potential and nice style.
Unfortunately, there was a major issue with mold on the wall. The smell was so strong that it made us cough, and because the air conditioning blew directly onto it, we couldn't use the AC and had to sleep with the balcony door open all night. It definitely needs to be thoroughly cleaned and treated. Additionally, communication was poor—we couldn't reach the host by phone when we had an issue, though luckily we managed to resolve it on our own. Everything would have been perfect if not for the severe mold problem and lack of contact.
Our stay was disappointing. We were staying on the 4th floor, and the elevator was broken. There was no staff member on-site; we sent messages via the chat, but no one ever replied. The entrance smelled of mold, and there were withered plants everywhere. The shampoo had run out. We requested an extra towel and a pillow via chat, but we never received a response. The balcony was covered in pigeon droppings. Our room wasn't cleaned for two days.They didn't change our sheets or towels. The shower was in the same open area as the toilet, so the floor would get flooded every time we showered, yet there wasn't even a mop to clean it up. The biggest issue for us was that there was no one around to help; we never saw a manager on the premises, and all the messages we sent went unanswered.
The room was very big and the air conditioning was very good and very needed.
Although the decoration was nice it seems to be living off an older reputation. The lift wasn’t working and I was on the 3rd floor. My room wasn’t ready until 13:40. So I had to wait. The sheets had lost the white colour you expect from a hotel. And the shower had an unusual “Light” pointing towards it which made me feel uneasy about taking a shower.
Καναμε την κρατηση και δεν μας εστειλαν τους κωδικους του δωματιου ετσι δεν μπορουσαμε να εισελθουμε ουτε στο δωματιο ουτε στο κτηριο δεν μπορουσαμε να επικοινωνησουμε μαζι τους, δεν μας εξυπηρετησαν σωστα και ετσι αναγκαστηκαμε να προχωρησουμε στην ακυρωση. Με την αφιξη μας στο κτηριο δεν γνωριζαμε τον οροφο ουτε τον αριθμο δωματιου.
