Great location. Work needed on accomodation and facilities
Pros:

Location was close to the water and ferry. Being in the old part of Valetta was quirky and close to many of the sites worth seeing. Close to supermarket for snacks and drinks.

Cons:

Shower leaked water over the tile floor which had to be moped up every time it was used as it was slippery. Tv and remote did not work. Bedding did not fit the size of the bed it was too small to cover the mattress, this included bottom, top sheets and doona. Downstairs area was dark with few utensils supplied.

Great large TV that did not work . Bathroom door would not close. Musty smell. Otherwise great. Needs a couple more pillows. And 2 night stand.

Un peccato fare recensione negativa ma mi chiedo PERCHE' deludere il viaggiatore. Basterebbe poco per ottimizzare la struttura che ha enormi potenzialità. Buona posizione, buon concept degli ambienti, stanza e bagno molto grandi

Cons:

La sciattezza è la parola che descrive meglio, la pulizia discutibile, ma una camera col soffitto macchiato di umido e lampadario arrugginito non l'avevo mai visto. Un televisore enorme non funzionante e un condizionatore acceso 24 ore su 24 non gestibile sono la ciliegina. Potrebbe essere una bellissima location per soggiornare a Valletta ma........

It was terrible experience.
Cons:

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had abroad. Please never book this hotel. During 5 days nobody cleaned the rooms. I asked for invoice but they didn’t respond to my several emails and requests. The only positive thing was the location. I am very disappointed.

Pros:

Ottima posizione in centro a La Valletta.
Camera ben arredata.

Cons:

- ho prenotato una stanza di 50 mq al quinto piano con terrazzo ma mi è stata affidata stanza moooolto più piccola e senza balcone al primo piano. Tutto questo è successo la mattina stessa dell'arrivo senza fornire la minima spiegazione e senza riduzione di prezzo.
- nessuna comunicazione con lo staff, soprattutto in merito al punto precedente
- condizionatore necessario tenuto conto dell'umidità della stanza ma molto rumoroso
- nessuna bustina di zucchero per il caffè/bastoncino
- nessuna pulizia delle stanza (andava richiesta e a pagamento)
- pessimo sistema di gestione dell'acqua della dobbiamo che ha comportato l'allagamento del bagno
- porta del bagno non facilmente scorrevole.

Pros:

The location and the mattress

Cons:

Found shower head and knob broken, resulting in a flood. Had to use bath towels to try and contain water which even reached the hall. Floor very slippery. We immediately Informed via the booking app the hotel which said they'd fix them the next morning. They also said there were spare towels in the mirror cupboard on the 2nd floor which was empty - we checked for spare towels twice a day! Nobody fixed anything and no replacement towels provided. Also nobody answers the Irish telephone number provided. Sent them messages TWICE a day!! We were lucky that we didn't slip and have a serious injury. And TV didn't work which was the least of our troubles.
