Good hotel, but not at the level of what a Swissotel usually is

The stay was good overall. However, we wish to highlight a couple of things that gave us a bad impression. Upon artival the lobby strongly smelled cigarettes. The breakfast area is small for the size of the hotel and it gets problematic. Not to mention one can face queue to get to the coffee machine. The room seemed clean, but upon sitting on the coach when we arrived) it had crumbs. The bathroom has some architectural mishups (e.g. no light or shelf in the shower, toilet paper being far from the toilet, etc). The food quality is just ok.

Hotelul propriu zis ofera o experienta placuta, dar facilitatile ar putea fi imbunatatite.
Pros:

Apartamente mari, spatioase, si cu putina insistenta obtii si camera conform cerintelor. Am cerut o camera cu view si mi-au dat in spatele curtii. Dupa 2-3 incercari am obtinut si view ul dorit, doar ca a trebuit sa amenint ca plec ca sa se solutioneze.

Cons:

Hotelul aproape gol, dar nu voiau nici in ruptul capului sa ofere apartamentele mari si bune cu vedere la statiune. Nu stiu care e logica, in loc sa ofere cele mai bune conditii cand se poate clientilor ca sa revina, ei tin camerele bune goale si doar cu "scandal" iti ofera acces la cele ok.
Valetul e net superior pe customer service fata de pustiul receptioner care nu are nici minimele abilitati de relationare cu clientii, obraznic, arogant si tupeist.
Nu mai angajati copii in receptie, mai ales la 5 stele ca va strica vibe ul clientilor din prima clipa. Colegele receptionere au fost foarte ok.
Spa-ul e un punct slab, dar asta e, banuiesc ca nu se poate schimba acest lucru.
Micul dejun trebuie imbunatatit si parcarea trebuie inclusa.
Terasa si barul ar trebui puse mai mult in valoare.
Hotelul se vede ca e mult mai fresh fata de altele de 5 stele din Poiana, dar se gasesc facilitati mult mai bune in alta parte. Pozitionarea e foarte buna.

Pros:

The place is surrounded by amazing beauty, the rooms are fantastic!

Cons:

The breakfast was chaotic, the coffee machine always empty, the food never replenished. I spent 7 months out of the 12 away in hotels ans I've got to say this was the most disorganised breakfast I have ever witnessed and for that reason I wouldn't stay again.
