Bon accueil, personnel agréable, reception le soir sans problème. Lit confortable, climatisation excellente, calme la nuit. La piscine est superbe.

En esta oportunidad me quisieron dar una habitación descuidada y con la pintura general un poco desgastada, tuve que reclamar y me cambiaron a otra un poco mejor, sé que existen mejores habitaciones y no entiendo porque me querían ubicar en una con un estado un poco descuidado a sabiendas que por información del personal el hotel estaba desocupado en esa época. Yo he visitado el hotel en diversas oportunidades y no había pasado esto, siempre me había ido bien, realmente no fue una buena experiencia en esta oportunidad
Ya lo comenté en el comentario anterior. Igualmente indican que la atención del restaurante es hasta las 9 pm o 10 pm y uno va antes de ese horario y no hay servicio, el tema es que el sector no es residencial donde se encuentren opciones de restaurantes y algunas personas prefieren comer en el hotel por seguridad pero en el hotel no dan esa opción de manera adecuada.
Buena calidad de servicio, con mucha disposición y colaboración; el hotel es muy limpio, si bien esta lejos de las playas, la experiencia adentro es agradable y no tiene complicaciones. Si viajas por trabajo es el lugar perfecto.
