Chambre pas top clim pas propre j’ai demandé à changer de chambre moisissure sur les murs au niveau des clim , je suis fumeur donc mes vêtements sentent la fumée, on est venu me dire que si je fumer encore dans la chambre je prendrais un amande, quand j’ai voulu lui expliquer elle a tourné les talons puis elle est partie sans un mot , très agréable. Je déconseille fortement .

La atención del personal,personalizada, amables,limpieza en todas las áreas.,brindan todos los servicios,mantenimiento de limpieza diario en cada una de las habitaciones,y se manejan con buena cordialidad con los huéspedes.Buena atención en el restaurante.

Que está un poco distante del centro.
Pero vale la pena,por la seguridad y buena atención del personal del hotel.

Hotel perfecto para asistir a un evento o trabajo en la entidades cercanas, no para turismo
Pros:

Es un hotel muy lindo y comodo, las habitaciones estan muy bien, buen aire acondicionado. El servicio de restaurante es bueno, el personal es demasiado amable! muy agradecida

Cons:

La zona no me pareció segura, salí a comprar agua y los puentes que conectan con las tiendas no son seguros hay muchos habitantes de calle y recicladores, entonces genera percepción de inseguridad porque no te paran de mirar. Conclusión fue mas seguro cruzar por la avenida de los carros que el puente. No me atreví a caminar mas allá de 1 cuadra del hotel porque no se siente seguro. Fui a un evento al frente, solo sali para eso, de resto preferí no salir,
