Pingwe Beach Apartments

Great spot minutes from the beach, very relaxed, great staff and perfect place to unwind.

I was surprised when we arrived, I didn't realise the property was not on the beach and that it did not have a restaurant or beach access - this bothered me. The way to the beach was through another property. However, the apartment is comfortable. Ours was facing the beach which was quite nice, the bedrooms were very comfortable - the balcony overlooking the water was very nice to hang on and I can't say that I have any complaints. I liked the aesthetics of the apartment, simple, yet functional.

Elena, die Gastgeberin, ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie gab uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und die Umgebung. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und ist ständig am Werken, damit man sich wie im Paradies fühlt. Zu den Appartements gehört ein eingezäunter und abgesperrter Parkplatz. Besonders lustig fand ich die Konversationen mit William, dem Massai-Nachtwächter :-) Das Strandrestaurant The Wishing Tree ist gemütlich, günstig und gut, hat eine Lounge, in der man die Füße in den Sand stecken kann, einen Pool und ein Sonnendeck direkt am Strand. Hier ist auch der beste Zugang zum Strand. Ich kann Pingwe Beach Appartements wirklich empfehlen! Vor allem, wenn man mehr Platz braucht.

We were very happy , very good location , calm beach ( no beach boys which can ruined your relax), the appartment was top notch and clean. Also personel was very friendly and helpful. You will also find one of the best food in neighbour restaurant - "Wishing Tree" and perhaps their best octopus served in whole Zanzibar (coocking by Italians). If You looking accommodation in this area I can tell You that You found the right place here....

Struttura nuova e molto ben curata. Appartamenti spaziosi e ben attrezzati. Piscina sia x adulti che per bambini. Manager molto attenta alle esigenze dei clienti e personale gentile e disponibile.

We had a perfect few days at Pingwe apartments. Elena was so helpful before we arrived with really helpful information when we needed it and whilst we were there.
The complex is so peaceful and feels brand new. The gardens, pool and apartments are so clean and perfectly maintained. Staff were all brilliant and the apartments were meticulously cleaned every day.
The Wishing Tree, less than 2 minutes away, was the perfect restaurant for meals and drinks through the day.
Pingwe beach is really beautiful but quiet compared to some of the others further south.
Overall, a perfect 3 night for our party of 11.

Immaculate…. Clean, comfortable and spacious

Apartamentos nuevos, limpios, muy cómodos. Enorme terraza con un mobiliario cómodo para disfrutar de las fantásticas vistas al mar y de la estupenda piscina. A 1 minuto de una bonita playa que muestra una lengua de arena muy chula cuando baja la marea y muy cerca del famoso restaurante The Rock. Justo al lado está el restaurante The Wisihing Tree donde tienen comida deliciosa y buen servicio.
Destacar la amabilidad de Elena, siempre atenta a tus necesidades. Bonito detalle de bienvenida con fruta y unas galletas deliciosas.

This place is a true hidden gem! The apartments are brand new, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully maintained. The grounds are beautifully cared for by the attentive and friendly staff, who go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The swimming pool is fantastic—so inviting that we spent half our time there, with the other half enjoying the pristine beach just a short stroll away. Elena, the wonderful property owner, made our stay unforgettable with her warm hospitality and invaluable assistance. The location at Pingwe Beach is unbeatable, offering a blend of tranquility and excitement. We loved exploring the amazing local restaurants and witnessing the stunning natural sandbar that emerges daily with the low tide. We can’t wait to return!
