Pros:

All the staff were awesome, friendly and professional. The breakfast was exceptional, I really liked that each day there were different options to choose from. The room was clean and had all the amenities one would need in a hotel, if it wasn't there, the staff would make sure I got it. The bed was really comfortable. The room had a balcony which was nice for a smoker like me.

Cons:

I didn't like the construction going on. It was directly in front of my room. It was noisy 6 days of the week from 7 or 8 am for the whole day until around 6pm. That ruined my stay. Otherwise I would have given this place a full 10/10. I know that this issue was not the hotel's fault, but I was not informed about any construction and could not move to a room in the back because I needed a balcony so I can smoke. What a shame that the beautiful view has been blocked by a new building.

Fijn verblijf in Huaraz.
Pros:

Pros:

For the price a very solid hotel

Cons:

Sometimes noisy during the night, even though guests are advised to be quiet from 9pm for the hikes - employees could enforce this a little more

Breakfast is okay but nothing more, so is the laundry

WiFi does not connect properly sometimes, but if connected it works well

Pros:

Location was great, staff members were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Shower water pressure could be better, and you hear a lot of what's happening in the hall. Both are managable, but it is still worth mentioning.

Pros:

Bardzo czysty i nowoczesny pokój. Dobre śniadania, ogólnodostępny kącik kuchenny, raczej cicho w bocznej uliczce. Miła obsługa. Możliwość przechowania bagażu na czas trekkingów.

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

Eu amei me hospedar aqui!
