Hej,
Jag vill härmed lämna ett formellt klagomål på mitt boende bokat via er plattform. Min upplevelse kan tyvärr inte beskrivas på något annat sätt än som en mardröm.
Jag anlände till boendet på söndag runt kl. 00:00. Vid ankomst noterade jag att omfattande rivnings- och byggarbeten pågick direkt utanför boendet, med stora grävmaskiner i drift. Oljudet var extremt högt och pågick oavbrutet under hela natten, vilket gjorde det omöjligt att sova. Arbetet fortsatte även under morgonen.
Jag lämnade boendet runt kl. 09:00 och återvände cirka kl. 14:00 samma dag. Vid återkomst pågick exakt samma buller utan någon förbättring. På grund av detta såg jag ingen annan möjlighet än att checka ut redan runt kl. 14:00, trots att vistelsen var bokad för längre tid.
Utöver det oacceptabla bullret var rummets skick mycket bristfälligt:
Elsladdar till eluttag i badrummet var fasttejpad, vilket kändes både oprofessionellt och potentiellt farligt.
Gardinen var felaktigt upphängd.
TV:n satt snett monterad.
Skåpet bredvid sängen gick inte att öppna eller stänga korrekt.
Varmvattnet krävde manuell aktivering via en knapp. Trots detta tog varmvattnet slut efter mindre än fem minuters dusch.
Efter denna upplevelse valde jag att lämna boendet helt och bor nu hos en släkting.
Personalen informerade mig i efterhand om att rivningsarbetet påbörjades för cirka två veckor sedan och förväntas pågå under en längre tid, dygnet runt, samt att de inte kan påverka situationen då rivningsföretaget äger marken och har tillstånd att arbeta kontinuerligt. Med denna vetskap anser jag det fullständigt oacceptabelt att boendet fortfarande marknadsförs via er plattform utan tydlig varning.
Jag anser därför att detta boende inte bör finnas kvar på Booking.com, då fler gäster riskerar att råka ut för samma upplevelse.
Jag förväntar mig kompensation för denna vistelse, som inte på något sätt motsvarade rimliga krav på boendestandard eller beboelighet.

We chose this property because it was one of the cheaper 2BHK hotel apartments available on Booking.com, which suited our budget well.
The breakfast quality was poor.
The kitchen was not clean enough.
The AC heater was not working properly.
Some kitchen utensils were broken or not properly cleaned.

وأقمت في شقة لا يوجد ماء ساخن في مغسلة الأيدي لوجود خلال مع أني أقمت في يناير في شدة البرد.
