Ein Erlebnis das man sich öfters gönnen sollte!

Mega Ausblick…super sauber …Personal sehr zuvorkommend…lassen keine Wünsche offen. Essen ein Genuss 😃

Sehr freundliches Personal, üppiges Frühstück mit täglich frischem O-saft,
die Lage, der neue Restaurantbereich ist sehr schick
Sauna bis 23 Uhr geöffnet. Das hatten wir noch nie 👍

Cons:

Die Bettcouch im Familienzimmer.
Hatten aufgrund der Internetbilder ein renoviertes Zimmer erwartet.

Super hotel met vriendelijke en vlotte bediening.
Pros:

Prima locatie. Voldoende parkeerplaats bij hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Volop keuze. Keuze bij het diner uit 3 hoofdgerechten, met vooraf saladebuffet, een voorafje, soep en een toetje. Prima ruimte om je skischoenen te laten drogen.

Zimmer und Ambiente. Manche Servicekräfte waren waren engagiert.

Cons:

Service war überfordert. Erst haben wir lang gewartet und dann kamen gleich zwei Servicekräfte im 30 Sekundentakt mit der gleichen Frage. Personalmangel war sichtbar. Qualität des Essens war für den aufgerufenen Preisen nichg angemessen. Besonders die vegetarischen Angebote waren mehr als lieblos zubereitet. Verwendung von vielen Fertig-vor-Produkten konnte man schmecken.

Kurzweilig, gemütlich, stimmungsvoll...
Pros:

Besonders hat uns unser Zimmer gefallen. Moderne Holzmöbel und Holzfußboden.
Frühstück war hervorragend.
Abendessen (Halbpension) bis auf einmal (von 9 Tagen)ebenfalls hervorragend. Alles konnte im Gespräch mit den Kellnern oder Herrn Madlener zu unserer Zufriedenheit geklärt werden.
Weinempfehlungen sehr gut.
Saunabereich sauber und gemütlich mit verschiedenen Saunen/Temperaturen.

Cons:

Fußbodenbelag in der Fluren war abgelaufen. Laut Auskunft von Herrn Madlener wird dieser im Mai diesen Jahres erneuert...
