Pros:

It is a very nice place

Cons:

Everything was turned off when we arrived. The jacuzzi was cold and very dirty, and the sauna took so long to heat up that it was practically unusable.

Breakfast is not included, and the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or kitchen service, so we had to search for food delivery on our own.

This might seem like a reasonable stay if you’re thinking in U.S. dollars (around $100 per night), but when you’re paying in Colombian pesos, it’s a significant amount of money. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t justify the price, and we left feeling disappointed.

Es un hotel muy lindo, tienes espacios muy amplios para conectar con la naturaleza, es el sitio ideal para estar en un espacio sin ruido, es muy tranquilo y fueron muy amables con nosotros.

Heerlijk en als je echt rust wilt en relaxen is dit perfect

Lindo lugar cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

Me quedé muy poco tiempo (1 noche) y no pude hacer uso de las instalaciones (piscina, restaurante, etc) pero me gustó la habitación y la ubicación del hotel. La chica de la recepción super amable y atenta, nos ayudó a conseguir nuestro transporte del día siguiente al aeropuerto.

Cons:

En mi habitación (01) se escuchaba demasiado fuerte las interacciones de la habitación de al lado (02). Eso dificultó nuestro descanso, ya que a las 7am la huésped de la habitación de al lado estaba hablando por teléfono y parecía que estaba dentro de nuestra habitación

Las instalaciones son hermosas, el lugar muy cómodo, tranquilo y rodeado de mucha naturaleza, perfecto para descansar, desconectarse del caos de la ciudad y disfrutar la naturaleza. Muy recomendado. volveré!

Personal y contexto

Cons:

Los vecinos tienen un perro super agresivo que cruza a la propiedad y ataca a los pasajeros. Ni el personal ni la policia pudieron hacer nada al respecto. Gerencia se comunico para ver como estaba y no hizo nada para mejorar mi experiencia.

Un lugar fresco, natural y acogedor.
Pros:

La ubicación y la tranquilidad del sitio. Realmente se puede descansar. Las instalaciones son espectaculares, también.

Cons:

El check out es muy temprano. Sería muy bueno que lo extendieran un poco más de tiempo.

Gorgeous place with beautiful gardens!
Pros:

This hotel is gorgeous. The facilities, pool and gardens are all beautiful. The location is nice too since it is very close to the airport (>10min) and also kind of tucked away in the mountains, so it feels very rural. The room was somewhat small but the beds and shower were fabulous!

Cons:

Sometimes communicating with the staff was a bit hard since they wouldn't respond to whatsapp messages right away. One of the mornings there was a big yoga event at the hotel that, although it was really cool, would have been nice to know ahead of time.
