Muy bonito todo en cuanto a instalaciones aunque hay fallas en el servicio al cliente

Cons:

El alojamiento estaba bien, pero nos atendieron muy regular el agua caliente no servía, el jacusi servía a ratos, los sanitarios tapados, pedimos la factura electrónica y aún no la entregan

“Un hotel hermoso con personas que marcan la diferencia"

El hotel se destaca por su decoración, donde cada espacio transmite calidez y buen gusto. Es un entorno que invita a relajarse, ideal tanto para estancias cortas como para quienes buscan desconectar después de un viaje. LO MAS VALIOSO de la experiencia no está solo en lo visual, sino en lo humano. ELI en la RECEPCIÓN, marca una diferencia real. En un contexto donde no siempre es habitual encontrar personas genuinamente comprometidas con el huésped, su actitud destaca: cercana, resolutiva y con una auténtica vocación de servicio. Su predisposición para ayudar e incluso interceder con la gerencia para resolver una diferencia en el precio de la habitación fue, sin duda, un gesto que eleva la experiencia a otro nivel.

Cons:

Ahora bien, hay algunos aspectos que podrían potenciar aún más la propuesta del hotel:
Facilitar cambio en dólares en recepción: muchos viajeros llegamos sin moneda local, y este pequeño detalle podría simplificar considerablemente el ingreso y no dificultar la tarea de ELI en la recepción.
Información de WiFi visible en la habitación: algo simple, pero clave para el viajero actual. Integrarlo con el estilo del hotel sumaría funcionalidad. Y sobre todo sugiero VALORAR los recursos humanos que es uno de los activos mas importantes que posee este hotel.

Tranquil Hacienda, not far from the airport
Pros:

Beautiful tranquil Hacienda, groom with big windows and view of the garden. The price was heavily discounted, which was quite nice.

Cons:

The properties seemed almost closed, no other guests, very limited restaurant options before 3 PM. The pool wasn’t clean. The hot tub wasn’t clean or hot.

I loved my stay…
Pros:

The local character of the facilities, the environment/gardens were fantastic, the gentle, always smiling and helpful personnel, very quiet location.

Cons:

Wifi had a problem during my stay, a little remote location (not easy to reach restaurants or bars without car/taxi). Breakfast could be richer.
