Gute Lage und Ausblick contra Kälte- und Lärmbelästigung.
Pros:

Der Blick von der Dachterrasse. Die Nähe zur Stadtmitte. Der einfache Zugang ins Haus per Zahlencode. Und es war sauber.

Cons:

Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, daher Kälte- und Lärmbelästigung. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer permanentes mechanisches Geräusch. Ausstattung der Küche ist funktional aber nicht ansprechend.

Ideal for everything, would recommend
Pros:

Ideal location close to everything, especially if your coming for sightseeing. Clean, comfortable, easy to check in/out and you really couldn’t ask for a better view of Athens/the acropolis for the price.

Pros:

The apartment was easy to find, it was comfortable and had a good view from the windows. The price was good for what it is.

Cons:

The building was very noisy, the neighbours upstairs made a lot of noise until 1am each night, the traffic noise was loud even with the window closed. The building wasn't soundproofed. The wooden floor was loose in places. The sockets around the apartment were too few, for example you can't charge your phone by the bed and have the bedside lamp on at the same time.

The view is good you can see greek architectures

Cons:

The iranian guy that is in charge of supervision of the apartment didnt even respond to me when I told him television didnt work and hes a real estate agent
I can't believe they hire unprofessional staff like that we pay 100 euro per night and they dont even have the mercy to respond when television or something wasn't working!!
There was no stove or washing machine

The location and the decorations are amazing

Cons:

The receptionist didn't exist all the stay period, it was so difficult to reach the one in charge, after booking the accommodation an email was sent me to state that 24 hours before the date of my stay another email would be sent to me with all regulations. I didn't receive the mentioned email till the next day of my stay. The heater doesn't work, a part of the bathroom wall was broken and the door lock of the bathroom was broken too.

Accurate budget friendly accommodation in good area
Pros:

Room was reflective of the pictures. Clean and comfortable. Easy check-in. Lovely view from roof terrace

Cons:

The shower broke during my stay due to degrading of the hose link. There was no response from the host
