It was clean and comfortable, location was great
The app to open the door didn’t work properly, so I had to visit the main building to pick up my card keys.
Amazing location, at the very center of the city, close to the Hallgrimskirkja, the harbour and just at the main shopping street. The building is lovely and the staff is helpful. I didn’t expect the breakfast to be included as it was an apartment but the breakfast basket and the freshly delivered bread (and sliced!) bread was outstanding.
It’s really just a minor suggestion: there is no shelf or surface to pack onto in the bathroom. It’s not a big deal but we had such a nice, modern and stylish apartment that it took me by surprise when I wanted to shower and couldn’t place my clothes anywhere.
