The kitchenette in the room wasn't the best to use and there wasn't enough milk

The two beautiful and absolutely lovely reception ladies made my stay easy and great on the eyes too X
Staff were fantastic gave us an upgrade for no xtra as I had booked the wrong type of room . It was very handy to the hospital as I had a procedure.Easy walking distance to Shops .

There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher, there was a dirty toothbrush, toothpaste and hair tie in the cupboard behind the mirror in the bathroom

I paid for a dedicated parking spot, but multiple times I had to tell reception that my spot was taken. When I explained that I had to use someone else's space as a result, they made me feel responsible for parking in the wrong spot. They should have done their job and told the person who took my parking to move. Instead, I was forced to park in a space that was extremely tight. Not good service
