The staff were amazing.
The condition of the room. There was mould in the bathroom, rust around the kitchen sink tap, the toaster was broken and the jug was in such poor condition I didn’t want to even boil water.
The room was well appointed with everything needed for a few nights stay. Especially handy to have the washing machine and dryer as we had torrential rain!
The accomodation was great, no real complaints. The only consideration is the double-door entry to the room I was in - it was tricky to manoeuvre the doors with luggage on my own - people with limited mobility might find it quite difficult.
Good place to stay especially when travelling away for work!
The room was right next to reception. Heard people late at night. Did not feel private at all.

Disappointed in terms of the room we booked vs got. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment as we were travelling with our 8 month old. We decided to book an apartment which would allow us to have baby in one room (lounge) and us in another without disturbing him if we wanted to watch tv in the bedroom etc. The room we got was actually more like a studio apartment. The bedroom and lounge were in one room and there were slide across dividers separating the kitchen. So it meant we had to put our baby’s cot in the kitchen. Which also meant we couldn’t watch tv when he went to sleep as the room dividing walls were not sound proof. So not really the room we were expecting based off the description/photos…
Clean and tidy with great reception
Shower was very slippery
Handy location for me, super clean room every time I stay here. Good size room, comfy bed. Close to shops, plenty of food options close by
