Geroje vietoje..

Cons:

Iš trijų radijatorių DU neveikė... su mažu vaiku buvo šalta.. kondicijonierius neveikė, turėjom patys pirkti baterijas jo pulteliui, kad bent taip sušildyti patalpą.. nerekomenduoju

Gana arti jūros.

Cons:

Savininkė buvo ypač nemaloni, kai kreipėmės į ją, nes visą viešnagę nebuvo karšto vandens, išvadino mus vos ne kvailais, kaip čia taip gali būti, kad nėra ir padėdavo tel., paskambinus pakartotinai aprėkdavo, kad neturi laiko terliotis, nors problema buvo ne vien pas mus, o ir kituose kambariuose. Be to niekur nenurodyta, kad kambarys palėpėje, tas aktualu žmonėms, kuriems sunku laipioti laiptais. Virtuvėje trūkumas įrankių ir indų.

Pros:

Šeimininkė maloni, supratinga. Butas labai patogioje, ramioje vietoje, netoli iki jūros ar tilto. Mandagūs kaimynai, lengvas patekimas į butą. Patogi lova, šilti ir švarūs patalai, pakankamai rankšluosčių, švaru. Yra puodai, keptuvė, lėkštės, televizorius, reguliuojamas radiatorius, vienkartinės šlepetės. Kriauklė yra tik vonioje, tačiau nebuvo nepatogu.

Cons:

Pasigedome trumpam atvykimui būtinų dalykų (nors ir neprivalomų), tokių, kaip aliejus, arbata, higienos priemonės (buvo tik pora mažų buteliukų šampūnas-dušo žėlė viename). Labai trūko didesnių šiukšlių dėžių (dvi labai mažytės, viena wc, kita prie virtuvėlės), šiukšlių maišų. Buvo tik viena taurė. Garso izoliacijos nėra.

Pros:

Patogi vieta, arti J.Basanavičiaus gatvė su visom pramogom, bet triukšmo nesigirdi, iki jūros taip pat netoli. Puikus, jaukus ir tvarkingas kambarėlis.

Komfortabel mit Verbesserungsbedarf
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll und die Einrichtung ist schön. Auch ist die Parkmöglichkeit sehr komfortabel und die Anlage sowie das Haus sind insgesamt gepflegt.

Cons:

Es wurden keine Handtücher zum Wechsel angeboten. Bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche wünscht man sich, Handtücher austauschen zu können. Außerdem war die Klobürste relativ alt und auch kaputt (Kopf fiel bei der Nutzung ab). Zudem gab es nur zwei kleine Mülleimer in der ganzen Wohnung und keine Mülltüten. So mussten wir diese selber kaufen um den Müll zu leeren. Ebenso kauften wir selber Klorollen, da nur zwei bei Ankunft vorhanden waren.

Nice area, but not very comfortable
Pros:

Good location - not too far away from the beach, store, parks. Clean.

Cons:

Not very comfortable. Kitchenette equipped with dishes, stove, but there is no sink (only in the bathroom). There is a coffee table, but no sofa, chairs or even cushions, so can only sit on the floor or bed. Because of the roof slope - bath is not very convenient.
