Polite staff. Access to public transport/taxi/auto. Prompt room service (calls answered politely).
Dated look of room, Basic set of toileteries only, just a piece of soap (that too not sealed properly). Only one towel , which is also not so clean (had to ask for more). Average breakfast quality. No Wifi.

Relatively new property and reasonably clean
The staff were efficient but needs some training on professionalism (not very welcoming).
The facilities in the room were bare minimum; even a dental kit was charged. The towels were not clean
Breakfast options were very limited. The food quality was just average.
