Had higher expectations
Pros:

The location was great, it was peaceful and quiet. It was nice that pets were allowed. Perfect for a family escape.

Cons:

The villas need to be renovated, also the breakfast is not very good, the products are quite cheap and every day they serve exactly the same. Also they charge you 4€ for espresso even though breakfast is included in the price. The restaurant offers expensive dishes and the portions are tiny, which is a problem because that’s the only restaurant within a walking distance. Overall it doesn’t really look like on the pictures.

Pros:

The villa was ready earlier than the check-in time. The porch furniture was easy to move to dodge the sun. Good AC. Great view from the pool, restaurant and the porch. Good price at the restaurant food, except some taxes for table services (like deboning a fish). The restaurant is open all day.

Cons:

Cleaning was done superficially in the bathroom, shower and on the main porch. Lack of diversity for breakfast. Way too expensive for what you get. Not suitable for 5 people (very small refrigerator, under equipped kitchen, no clothes hanger for towels, towels at the pool at request, no toiletries kit ). The parking spot is not assigned/reserved to your villa: one day you park close to your villa; next day you have to find a parking spot anywhere in the resort.

Pros:

La petite maison avec piscine privée était top ! Un endroit de quiétude avec une vue panoramique de dingue !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner bien trop cher. D’autant plus que l’on vous demande de payer en plus pour un double expresso. L’extérieur de notre location aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement.. les photos sont un peu trompeuses

Мы отдыхали на самой большой вилле и это были прекрасные две недели. Вид, удобства, все прекрасно. Интерьер виллы идеален, каждая деталь учтена.
Единственный минус, отсутствие стабильного интернета. Но это проблема всего Халкидики, как объяснил персонал. Хорошо, что у меня не было срочной работы

Pros:

Uitzicht en ruime villa. Eten boven in het restaurant was lekker. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Tell it like is. We hadden 3 buren die op ons zwembad en zonnenbed konden kijken. Dit staat nergens beschreven en dat kun je aan de foto's al helemaal niet zien. No privacy at all. We hadden de Selecta Villa met privé zwembad gehuurd. Ook niet dat de zonnenbedden maar half in de zon liggen. Als je de bedden wilt veranderen van plek, zijn de bedden veel te zwaar en lig je nog niet volledig in de zon. Het wordt al snel donker op terrein van de villa. Geen avondzon meer wat heel jammer was. Bij na vraag of we in een andere villa wel meer avondzon konden hebben, werden we aan het lijntje gehouden en werd geen alternatieve optie geboden. De villa zelf was schoon, maar niet het zwembad, met een vette rand

Kappa Resort е едно от най-вълшебните места, в които сме отсядали в Гърция. Вилите са прекрасни, с уникална гледка към морето. Оборудвани са със всичко необходимо: кафе машина, кана за вода, миялна машина, фурна, котлони, абсурбатор. С голяма трапезаря. Веранда, с гледка към морето, на която закусвахме и пиехме кафе, а вечер винце 😁. Почистваха се ежедневно стаите, като към всяка спалня имахме и баня. Смениха и чершафите веднъж за 5 нощувки. Нашата вила беше с частен басейн. Имаше красив кът с мека мебел на басейна, 4 шезлонга. Зелен двор за игра и хамак. Комплектът има частен плаж, със шезлонги. Няма бар на плажа и си взимахме кафе от заведението в комплекса. Плажът беше много спокоен, водата е чиста. В началото има камъни, но са направили пътечка, така че влизането в морето не е проблем. Предлагат и закуска на блок маса, но бие избрахме пакет без такава. Всички от персонала бяха изключително мили и любезни. В околността имаше 2 ресторанта, един в нашия комплекс и един в близкия комплекс, на 10 минути пешеходно разстояние. С кола стигнахме до селцето Палиури, където имаше няколко ресторанта. А Пефкохори е на 15 минути с кола. Къдети има доста голям избор от заведения, атракции за деца, и хубава разходка край морето. Всичко беше чудесно, мина за миг, и със сигурност препоръчвам това място за почивка и бихме се върнали отново 🩷

Lovely well run, friendly resort villa in quiet authentic part of Grecce, ideal of a relaxing break.
Pros:

Lovely stay in 3 bedroom villa at the Kappa Resort. Villa was a good size, spotlessly clean and in a good location. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a couple issues in the villa (broken fridge freezer) missing items and they were resolved immediately. All housekeeping staff, front of house staff and waiting staff were so friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping and towel change. We loved the breakfast buffet. We only ate 1 night in the restaurant, but the meal was excellent. We also went on a couple of boat trips arranged via reception, that were outstanding. The resort is approx 3 km from Palouri. We went to some really lovely restaurants there, which felt very authentic. A brilliant stay.

Cons:

The villa was more basic than ones we have stayed in before. I'm not sure that it would be easy to cook a meal in the kitchen as many items not there (no chopping board, only 2 knives, no saucepan, microwave etc). There is a sofa in the lounge, but we had to bring the outdoor chairs in for us all to be seated. No full length mirror in 2 of the bedrooms. Overall these things did not worry us too much, but it would be easy to make things even nicer for guests by just adding a few things here and there.

Huippupaikka rauhaa ja laatua arvostavalle.
Pros:

Alue oli hiljainen, siisti ja tyylikäs. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamupala oli monipuolinen. Sängyt olivat mukavat ja tilaa oli riittävästi. Jokaisessa huoneessa oli oma kylpyhuone/wc, mikä oli viiden naisen matkalla etu. Ranta oli hyvä snorklaamiseen.

Cons:

Oma auto on lähes välttämätön, jos haluaa tehdää muutakin, kuin pysyä resortissa. Resortin ranta oli siisti, mutta sen ympäristö ei. Rannalla ei myöskään ollut niitä palveluja, mitä kylteissä luvataan. Ainoastaan huono suihku.

Amazing!
Pros:

The place was amazing, each villa had a pool and the view was amazing.
Right next to the resort there is a private and magical beach.
The staff was so nice and helpful.
Kiki the receptionist was simply lovely and helped with everything possible.
And Alexandra who recommended us an amazing day of sailing was stunning.
It was the perfect vacation in the perfect place.
