Pros:

Very clean place with a magical view from the restaurant. The staff couldn't be more friendly and they also have live music experience once a week, making the dinners even more magical. Make sure to pass by the bar where you can order the perfect cocktails! Maria, you are incredible!!! :)

Cons:

The food was perfect, although you have a limited choice if you had paid for half board and some of the options in the menu were with additional payment.
The sand is rocky, so make sure you have swimming shoes, because it can be pretty tricky to go in and out of the water.

Всичко беше страхотно, като местоположение, като обслужване и като храна. Бяха се постарали във всички отношения. Плажа беше с малко хора, нямаше музика и се чуваше прекрасно шума на морето. Идеално за почивка. Силно препоръчвам.

Fiecare rasarit si apus vazute de la Kappa Resort au fost fabuloase!

Cons:

Casele/ vilele necesita imbunatatiri majore. Mobilierul este unul invechit, ponosit, rupt si neingrijit. Vilele necesita reparatii aproape la toate zonele... tocaria este decojita / rupta, peretii sunt decojiti...., dusurile nu functioneaza, nu evacueaza apa si ramane apa mereu baltind. Patul / salteaua ingrozitoare ... am avut impresia ca am dormit 12 zile pe pardoseala .... inteleg si sunt consienta ca este benefic pt corpul nostru o saltea tare dar acesta era piatra iar pernele fie erau pa fel.... piatra, iti rupeai garul fie erau atat de uzate incat erau doar ghemotoace dw bumbac.

Een heerlijke locatie.
Pros:

Het uitzicht vanaf het mooie grote terras was schitterend. We hebben genoten van de zonsopgang die te zien is 's Morgens vroeg vanuit de slaapkamer. Het prive zwembad is chill om in te vertoeven en werd iedere dag schoon gemaakt. En het restaurant serveert een goed ontbijtbuffet en je kunt er goed dineren. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. We zaten vrij hoog, het is een behoorlijke klim, maar het personeel brengt je met liefde met het golfkarretje naar boven.

Cons:

De matras was wat doorgezakt. En de badkamer was relatief klein en ietwat gedateerd.

Très décevant, le coût de notre séjour ne correspond absolument pas à qualité attendue

Personnel pas attentif aux clients, chambre sale et pas conforme à ce que nous avions réservé (surface utilisable beaucoup plus petite), piscine avec du sable dans le fond, lampe dévissée au plafond, pommeau de douche cassé, traces sur les tables, porte d’entrée de la chambre cassée (nous avons dû appeler la maintenance et attendre 3h sur place lors de notre arrivée). La vue donnait sur un chantier, rien de comparable à ce qui est vendu par l’hôtel. La manager nous a dit qu’elle trouverait une solution pour nous changer de chambre, elle n’est évidemment jamais revenue vers nous. En somme, le séjour a été raté et nous attendons un remboursement de ce séjour.

Pros:

I loved the privacy, the spaciousness of the villa, the pool, and the comfort of having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was clean, and the staff was polite. There is a private beach with included sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach had pebbles and was very rocky inside the water, though the water itself was very clean. The villas are located a little uphill, which was not a problem for us, but if you have physical difficulties, small carts are always available to take you up from the beach. The property is located in the middle of greenery and forest, in a calm and peaceful place. Perfect for Relaxing, which is what we wanted.

Cons:

During the first two days, there was very loud music from a private villa next to the resort. I understand it wasn’t the resort’s fault, but considering the price for a luxury villa and the expectation of rest, it was disappointing. The music was extremely loud until 3 a.m. due to a birthday party, and the following day there was loud music and karaoke from another villa nearby. So, be aware that the resort is surrounded by other villas and is not completely separated.

On the last three days of our stay, there were machines working right in front of our villa, building what seemed to be another resort. Because of this, we didn’t have quiet mornings until around 2–3 p.m., which was really annoying. Again, this is not directly the resort’s fault, but I wanted to mention it so that future guests are aware this can happen, even though you are paying for a getaway far from the cities to relax.

I also must mention that the kitchen was very very basic for this kind of luxury villa. There was literally only one small pot, and since we were a family of four, we had to boil twice just to make pasta. There was not even a dish rack for drying. So, if you plan to cook a bit more, I recommend bringing some extra essentials and pots with you.
