Horrible experience
Cons:

When we reached the hotel and showed the reservation, we were told that all rooms are occupied and that there were no rroms to offer. We showed reservation and also showed proof of payment. THe staff was so rude and then he spoke to the manager to give us a room. No soaps or nothing else in the room. Linen were not cleaned properly, mattresses smelled damp. No proper parking for cars available and there is no restroom facilities for accompanying drivers. No breakfast though they promise breakfast. They have to buy from a nearby hotel and give you. We had a very horrible experience. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go through what we went through.

Very good stay
Pros:

Overall stay was very good, spacious rooms, timely help was provided. Was on the main road and was much easy for travel .Staffs were very friendly and prompt.

Cons:

Hot water will be turned on only after we inform them and have to wait for min 10 mins which was affecting a bit.

Exceptional place! The front desk and the staff are very accommodating and extremely friendly! All your needs are attended immediately and all concerns addressed! I fully recommend the hotel either for singles or families.

The behaviour of the front desk and management staff were particularly commendable—professional, polite, and very helpful.

The room was big. The style is a bit old-fashioned in a luxurious way, but all good.
Breakfast food was good which you could possibly hope for. For dinner you have multiple options close by restaurant . The room was nice and the hospitality was great. Child friendly.
