A great hotel in central Auckland. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was modern and clean.

Excellent staff, very convenient location, clean, comfortable and understated luxury.
Pros:

Extremely convenient location with everything in walking distance. Super friendly staff that allowed us to check in early for no charge after a very long international flight. Excellent facilities. Didn’t eat at the restaurants because there are other restaurants within walking distance. Sky tower is within walking distance. Very safe. A serviceable gym for a nice workout.

Another excellent stay 😊
Pros:

Our room was lovely and spacious , great after a journey to relax in
Facilities were good and everything we needed was available

Cons:

Nothing really, only minor things - one of the pillows was too footy and the coffee machine would only drip and not ‘run’

房間又大又舒適

Cons:

奧克蘭CBD晚上環境比較複雜，半夜有聽到鼓譟的噪音，夜間不敢出門，不過日間往皇后街走很方便明亮，附近就有意見小便利店，很方便。

I Would Stay Again
Pros:

Perfect location, easy walk to The Civic Theatre.
Lovely decor, very comfortable.

Restaurant menu was ok but did not inspire us to eat there, even though I would have liked to.

My stay was great, and Calems customer service was exceptional
Pros:

Location, clean and tidy

Cons:

The elevators took a long time to arrive when pushed up down button. Sometimes it would stop at a floor and no one there, once it went up to our floor stopped doors didn’t open and then went back to G floor

One of the best stays of our 5 1/2 week trip of Australia and New Zealand
Pros:

Excellent accommodation. We upgraded our room to a suite. Refrigerator and wet bar were a nice touch. Quiet and comfortable.
