房價貴不死人而服務糟糕！
Pros:

別來這裡當盤子！一天花一萬多元，怪不得大家往國外旅遊！台灣國旅崩壞是有很多原因的！政府和業者都要負責。七蘭山莊很美神木園導覽員很棒但是感覺跟20幾年前的經驗差太多，行程大縮水，感覺民營之後都沒有在努力經營！棲蘭員工服務素質非常差！力麗公司和山莊的服務是平行線，前三天的電話講好的事情，到了山莊一概不知，各說各話。帶了泳衣準備到附近鳩之澤泡湯，櫃檯冷漠回覆：你們要自己安排交通，計程車很難叫！（完全不關己事的櫃檯人員，下一個接棒的六福村集團請幫幫忙，安排一條龍式的服務，這些櫃檯人員保證會讓觀光客嚇跑）潑了一頭冷水完全沒有要幫客人解決問題的態度，好山好水的棲蘭山莊就被這群乾領薪水的員工給了差評

員工冷漠不想服務的態度，餐館價格把人當盤子，問題是三樣菜（一盤是清炒高麗菜，高麗菜既不甜沒有放任何蒜頭綠蔥不說，用的是「回鍋油」～油耗味超重！吃完整個晚上想翻胃）要一千多元，沒有一道是有質感，價格高菜也要相對價格，我們隔天買了泡麵（還是去神木園買的，因為山莊小販部早已結束營業）吃了六顆馬告包子和峽谷吧的簡餐（峽谷吧老闆娘是這裡最nice的一位）解決三天兩晚的飲食。對初次到訪的家人感到這裡已經不值得再來！尤其是服務品質和員工的部分。

我們包車去棲蘭約三千元，回程搭山莊的巴士一人四百，車況差有煙味，司機變開車邊看螢幕（上面赫然有穿著清涼美女）到了台北車站給大家丟包，在抗議之下悻悻然把車開到正確地點。我們太累，心也累了！這次應該學到教訓，不會想在台灣當盤子了！台灣國旅價格嚇人服務卻沒有跟著提高，這是非常嚴重的問題。

鳥語花香 獼猴亂竄 北部仙境
Pros:

整體而言 環境 住宿 清潔 空氣 花草 導覽 早餐 及開車路線 都很不錯 很推這裡

Cons:

不滿意的是聽到經營團隊只到這個月就終止了

環境優美 小木屋內感覺維護的蠻好的 不是舊舊的感覺喔

浴室沒有拉門 水容易噴出去 但我覺得自己稍微調整個方向就還ok

住宿環境很舒適，浴室的洗澡水壓與熱度很足，住的房型有免治馬桶，加熱的馬桶座墊很舒服，館內有園區導覽的活動，導覽員很認真親切，有個愉快的上午。

Die Lage war sehr schön, auch dass in den Zimmern viel Holz verbaut war.

Cons:

Leider waren die Böden und Oberflächen nicht sauber, es lagen Haare herum, und Fenster und Klimaanlagen sollten auf den neuesten Stand gebracht werden.
