Pros:

Locatie: hotel bevindt zich op loopafstand van de winkels.
Ontbijt was ok, echter beperkte keuze (ook bij de extra's die aangeboden werden op een aparte kaart).
Personeel aan de receptie was vriendelijk.

Cons:

's Avonds wouden we er dineren, maar er was zogenaamd geen plaats meer (ook al waren heel veel tafels leeg en stond er nergens een bordje "gereserveerd" op de tafels).

wenn wir die Szene beim Ausschecken mal ausklammern: TOP TOP TOP

Sehr komfortables sauberes Zimmer.
Die beiden Damen, die uns das sehr opulente und schmackhafte Frühstück serviert haben waren TOP, überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Abendessen wurden wir wie immer sehr verwöhnt, DANKE Marc

Cons:

Beim Ausschecken hatten wir ein nicht so schönes Erlebnis. Leider sprechen wir beide weder englisch noch niederländisch (was bei unseren bisherigen Aufenthalten im Hotel Katoen überhaupt kein Problem war). Die sehr arrogante und überhebliche Dame an der Rezepion sprach weder deutsch noch französisch und wurde immer ungehaltener weil wir sie nicht verrstanden. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! UNMÖGLICH!
Wir hoffen, daß wir bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt mehr Glück haben und so behandelt werden wie wir es im Katoen gewöhnt sind.
