Undertrained staff
Pros:

there is a computer illiterate guy at the front desk, who didn’t have access to anything except a written notebook of reservations there for my reservation couldn’t be confirmed. Hotel needs to catch up to modern society.

La estancia estuvo muy bien, el Hotel es bonito por dentro, lo básico pero por el precio esta correcto. Los alrededores si se sienten un poco no tan seguros pero es percepcion nada mas por la ubicación, en nuestra estadia no tuvimos ningun percance.

El hotel no tiene un sistema de información, al momento de hacer el check-in no tenían nuestro pago y la cantidad de noches de la reserva, al momento de hacer el check-out tampoco tenía confirmado nuestro pago. Dentro de la habitación esta el calentador de agua, lo que hace que la habitación todo el tiempo tenga una temperatura elevada
