Excellent stay in a clean and convenient location with excellent staff and a lovely small town.
Pros:

It was clean and in a nice and quiet location. Away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the bigger towns. There is also a tiny adorable town that has everything you need.

Cons:

The staff was amazing. Mr Antonis was so helpful with our needs and wants. Dimitri was kind and the support staff were wonderful

Beautiful Hotel, but wrong room
Pros:

This is a beautiful property. I stayed here in one of the cave rooms and the view are stunning. It looks exactly like the pictures and the staff were very nice. It's a great location, just a short walk from restaurants and Fira. The whole place is a picture postcard.

Cons:

I had booked the cave room with the two sunbeds and hot tub area. However, when I arrived I was shown to the larger cave room, but this room didn't have the larger sunlounger and hot tub area which I had specifically reserved. There was a family already staying in the room I had booked. This was really disappointing as I had reserved and paid for the room with the loungers for myself and my daughter. And while the alternative room was beautiful, it was not what I wanted. The hotel owner did offer compensation (extra free nights, discounts on return visits) but I could not avail of them as I was flying home. The hotel is beautiful, but ultimately It left me feeling disappointed and and upset that I was bumped out of the room I had booked.

Super , hyggelig opphold litt utenfor Fira
Pros:

Veldig hyggelig opphold for noen få dager for å få opplever Fira, Oia og øya rundt. Perfekt beliggenhet i forholdt til sentrum Fira, litt utenfor. Nydelig utsikt.

Cons:

Hvis oppholdet skulle være lenger ville jeg ha bestilt større leilighet m/basseng.

La habitación estaba limpia y amplia pero el baño era incómodo sin cortina.

Cons:

Lo que promocionan no es la realidad. La verdad es que no está sobre la caldera. No hay servicio. Esto es simplemente el arriendo de un cuarto sin ninguna facilidad ni servicio

This place is awesome
Pros:

My two children and I loved the astonishing view and quiet, soothing atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The jacuzzi a little dirty and nit warm enough, the staff insisted it was set to 38 but was more like 30-32 even midday

Very clean and spacious room with an amazing view!
Pros:

All the staffs are very nice and welcoming. The host knows everything about Santorini and is very responsive when I called or messaged him. The place is very clean, spacious, and quiet. It has an amazing view! The location is very convenient; there are many restaurants nearby. Just behind the suites, there is a small parking where we can catch taxi. I stayed with my wife and a baby and felt very comfortable. It was one of my best stays in Europe! I'd definitely recommend Nevma Suites!

De absolutamente tudo!!! Lugar incrível e extraordinário, um verdadeiro paraíso, tudo tão perfeito, condizente com as fotos e a descrição e a estadia superou as expectativas, eu amei este lugar, o clima, o ambiente, a decoração, todos os itens, e principalmente, muito importante, a atenção super cuidadosa do Antony com o bem estar da nossa estadia que fez toda a diferença! E os transfers para aeroporto e passeios também funcionaram super bem e ajudaram a tornar nossa viagem excepcional! Muito obrigada por tudo, pelo vinho, e todo o apoio! Recomendo de olhos fechados! Nota mil!!!
