Gugga Resort services assessment
Pros:

The flowers and green is good and once fully finished will be exceptional
Breakfast was fair though the menu needs to increase to match with the price.

Cons:

Room facilities are very poor and of very low standard compared to the pricing. Infact it can't make even 50% of the cost paid.

On a normal costing the room, space, facilities etc should be at 40k then breakfast 10-15k.
Overall the price shouldn't go beyond 55k.
Otherwise $37 is completely not ideal.

I have used better facilities in different towns across Uganda at less than half your pricing. At 70k for example in Busia you sleep like a prince with breakfast menu having; Cocktail juice, egg roll, toast bread, African tea or Black tea, fruit salads, etc.

The place is too far from City center and without van services which is risky for guests arriving late in the night.

So please seriously revise your rates, because they completely don't match the package you have. I had to move to another place where I am now comfortable @ 51k, better facilities, more room space, decorations, same breakfast as yours and only a km from the city center.

Please this is a genuine assessment of what you have and kindly take it in good faith for better services because your place has potential based on what I saw outside but seriously revise the rates to around $15.
