Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

se equivocaron en el precio de la habitacion y el trato para resolverlo, por que contabilidad haci lo decia, fue de lo peor. las chicas de recepcion parace que le tienen miedo al departamento de contabilidad

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel
No me gustó que tuve problemas de conexión al wifi, razón por la que me tuve que cambiar de pieza; que la ventana de la pieza estuviera mal hecha, porque se escuchaba todo el ruido de afuera; y que el baño de la pieza tuviera poca potencia. Además, el hotel no contó con variedad de opciones veganas para desayunar.
Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación
Iniciemos con el personal, muy poco diligente, ya que éramos un grupo de 12 personas de los cuales 7 estábamos en la misma reserva en 4 habitaciones, se solicitó con un mes de anticipación hacer early checkinn, nos responden que hay que verlo al momento de llegar, llegamos y nos dicen que solo hay 1 habitación disponible, le pedimos que por favor verifiquen y nos informan que si se puede con 2 habitaciones le pedimos que vuelvan a verificar y sólo después de 20 minutos nos dieron las 4 habitaciones, es como si no nos hubieran querido dejar ingresar antes, convengamos que este servicio lo estábamos pagando, no lo solicitamos como cortesía.
Las habitaciones eran antiguas, parecidas a las fotografías pero con olor a humedad olor a cloro, los muebles y camas muy antiguos, las puertas crujían y cero aislacion acústica, algunas habitaciones sin aire acondicionado ( Lima es una ciudad calurosa en toda época del año) decepcionante, no volvería, comenzaban a hacer la limpieza de las habitaciones a las 6 de la mañana???? Se escuchaba como abrían y cerraban puertas, incluso martillaban ( de madrugada) tuvimos que llamar para que dejaran de hacer ruido y solo así paraban. No volveré
La limpieza y la atención, además del desayuno estupendo
El cuarto no tenía visita a la calle , si no a la cochera faltaba iluminación
