I personally found this city to be quite dull but thank god for the mall which is a 12 minute walk away. The hotel is near the railway station but not the high speed station so be careful.
There was a bit of a language barrier with one of the receptionists. The breakfast was not good esp for vegetarians and the guy there was so rude. He gave me garlic butter to put on toast and when I asked for normal butter he said there isn’t any and when I asked for more toast he literally gave me half a piece!
The hotel is really close to the railway station. The room is a bit on smaller size, but perfect for 1-2 persons without much luggage. As it's important for me the water pressure in the shower was really good. In general a nice hotel for short stay while you explore Taichung.
The breakfast could be a bit bigger, but it was good with good variety in general.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, se ve desde la misma estación de tren. Tiene ascensor y servicio de guarda equipaje si llegas antes de la hora del check in. La habitación estaba limpia y tiene un amplio balcón, aunque eché en falta una mesita en él para poder salir a tomar un café. Tiene servicio de limpieza de habitación diario, por lo que las toallas están siempre limpias. El servicio de desayuno es bueno, eché en falta algo más de opciones, pero está genial que incluya desayuno.
Además, ofrece un pequeño catálogo de películas y de servicios de streaming en la TV.
Me faltó una mesita en el balcón para disfrutarlo más y particularmente, no me gusta la moqueta, pero en general la habitación está genial y el personal fue amable.
