La relación calidad-precio y la comida, no tiene precio. Además de las instalaciones, cama muy cómoda y todas las actividades con las que contaba el hotel.

Cons:

Al llegar, el baño no estaba limpio del todo, no me dio la sensación de limpieza total. En el baño había algún pelo.
El ruido, se escuchaba todo, tanto de la calle como del pasillo, parecía que los teníamos en la habitación.

La animación del hotel y los animadores son increíbles.

No contestan las llamadas ni desde la habitación a recepción, ni desde el móvil al hotel. Servicio pésimo para contestar llamadas.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho, es un hotel muy completo, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia.
Lo tiene todo para niños y adultos, agradable, familiar, grande y amplio. El personal excelente, la comida muy buena.

Cons:

Lo único que sería bueno vigilar las duchas de las habitaciones. Al menos la nuestra se filtraba el agua un poco, pero nada más.
