La ubicación y las instalaciones exteriores, piscina, zona de juegos animación
Los horarios de comida, entiendo que sea horario continental, pero alargaría por lo menos el de medio día, y el café que lo sirven en vaso de cartón, entendería que así fuese si lo sacará de una expendedora de vending, pero que te lo sirvan ellos no siendo un 4*.
Todo estaba muy bien en general
No había champú ni gel en el baño, estaban los botes vacíos. No supuso problema porque teníamos nosotros, pero me pareció raro.
Le personnel est très sympa et l’hôtel très bien placé.
La nourriture proposée au buffet n’était vraiment pas top. Beaucoup de choix, mais tout était surgelé, industriel. Nous avons été malade plusieurs fois. Nous avons préféré manger en dehors.
L’hotel en lui même et la chambre sont beaux, mais les équipements sont vieillots. Traces d’usures, rouille, moisissures sur les joints de la douche, etc

Todos los servicios del hotel, totalmente adaptado a niños y ducha de cortesía al salir. Buffet bastante bueno
Decoración algo anticuada
La cama cómoda, la habitación amplia y todo limpio. El hotel es antiguo pero está muy bien reformado y es grande y luminoso. La zona de piscinas es bonita y bien cuidada. El personal del bar de la piscina que sirve las copas por la noche son muy agradables y atentos.
El horario de las comidas está muy enfocado a los extranjeros, la cena termina a las 21:30 , lo veo bastante excesivo que acabe tan pronto... Una vergüenza pagar lo que pagas y encima tengas que adaptar tu horario a gente de fuera. La recepcionista no sabía casi hablar castellano y costaba entenderse con ella. Sólo había un enchufe cerca de la cama, era incómodo si querías cargar el móvil y tenerlo a mano siendo dos personas.
