Excellent, would recommend to others
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to the central area of the village and nice to be along the water. The rooms we had had great balcony views of the sea. Excellent breakfast very nice café lounge on site

Pros:

Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ καλό, καθαρό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο των Σπετσών και το δωμάτιό μας είχε πολύ ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και μας εξυπηρέτησε σε όλες τις ανάγκες μας!
Το συνιστώ ως πρώτη επιλογή διαμονής στις Σπέτσες.

Cons:

Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό, αλλά δεν ήταν αυτό που είχαμε στο μυαλό μας (π.χ. το πρωινό ήταν στάνταρ και το σέρβιραν σε πιάτα χωρίς να υπάρχει μπουφές να επιλέξει κανείς τι θα φάει).
Το δωμάτιο ήταν στενούλι.

Pros:

Δίπλα στο λιμάνι που σε αφήνει το φεριμπότ. Πολύ καθαρό και παρότι ήμασταν στα πιο πίσω δωμάτια με πλαϊνό μπαλκόνι είχαμε πολύ ωραία θέα καθώς βλέπαμε θάλασσα. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό σε όλα τα πόστα. Οι μόνοι που είναι pet friendly! Ολα πολύ ικανοποιητικά, θα το επέλεγα ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψη στο νησί.

L’hôtel était très agréable en bord de mer, l’accueil charmant pour une jeune femme sympathique et efficace.
La chambre située au premier étage avec une vue panoramique sur la mer, bénéficiait d’un balcon.
Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix était succulent, dans une grande salle toute vitrée et avec une vue imprenable sur la mer.
Sur l’environnement, il n’a rien à dire non plus puisqu’on est au bord de mer et au cœur du de la ville avec tous ses commerces et ses restaurants.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement dont le prix est correct, qualité prix.

Lovely view and excellent location.
Pros:

The view from the balcony was quite lovely and the location was really perfect. The check in process was easy and they had nice people working at the front desk. The special coffee drinks in the cafe on the main floor were really tasty. We walked all over town and it was easy from the hotel.

Cons:

I think the breakfast could be improved and offer more variety. Or they could offer a buffet so people could have smaller portions of what they like instead of a set plate.

Comfortable with wonderful views and an excellent location
Pros:

The hotel was right on the seafront with a wonderful over the village of Spetses and the mainland. It was an easy walk to the ferry terminal for arrival and departure and had multiple restaurants and bars nearby. They served us an excellent breakfast every day. If you want you can also order hot items for breakfast at an extra charge but the breakfast was substantial without any extras. The cafe downstairs also serves very good coffee and cakes/pastries as well as a range of light snacks and drinks. Although the main road goes right past the front of the hotel, the room was soundproof and we slept very well.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit tiny and cramped
