Pros:

The hotel is located on a very busy street packed tightly with shops and restaurants, which would make it quite difficult to find on your own. We were so grateful for the hotel's pickup service, which saved us from the hassle of searching for it.

Pros:

Perfect location in the middle of town.
Beautiful view. Breakfast view loved as well.
Staff were so friendly and helpful, couldn’t praise them enough. Especially the man, potentially Marisol? Could be a different name (I’m sorry), who met us at the station and pulled my case. Such a gentleman. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Cons:

Can be noisy outside as you are in the main are. So if you don’t sleep well, maybe ask for a room at the back.

Pros:

Cama muito boa, chuveiro muito bom, localização bem legal. Próximo ao ponto do ônibus, da estação de trem, restaurantes e ao lado da feira de artesanato.
Café da manhã sem extravagâncias, mas super suficiente. A vista do café da manhã, do terraço do hotel, valeu a estadia!

Cons:

Podia ter frigobar e ar condicionado. Não passamos frio , nem calor. Fomos em junho e à noite fazia bastante frio, porém as cobertas deram conta de nos aquecer.

Great place for a night or two in Aguas Calientes
Pros:

The hotel is right in the center of town, next to the market, and across the bridge from the Machu Picchu bus stop. The staff met us at the train station to walk us through the market maze. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with balconies facing the river and the square below, which makes it a bit noisy sometimes, but it wasn't the hotel's fault someone decided to throw a party. Overall, a great stop for 2 nights in Aguas Calientes.
