L’accueil chaleureux.
La grande proximité avec l’amphithéâtre très facile lorsque l’on va au festival.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter le Colisée d’El Jem, à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement et le service a été impeccable tout au long du séjour. Les chambres sont confortables et offrent une vue imprenable sur le Colisée. Une très belle expérience que je ne peux que recommander !
Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und nicht ohne standardisierten Komfort! Guter Parksevice, freundliche Reception.
Am Mittag kein Espresso im Kaffee? Wow, es waren 30 Gäste da! Und ich kann es nicht höflicher sagen: das Essen war einfach grauenhaft und das Frühstück wenig besser: ungenissbarer Beutelkaffee frifft auf trockenes Brot, nein, der Kellner bemühte sich im ein Omelette, wir kommen wieder zum Festival, aber nie wieder ins Julius, sehr schade, denn die Lage und das Haus könnten ein Highlight sein!

Very clean, comfortable beds, great shower and goid soundproofing which was esoecially u.portant as rooms surround the circulat downstairs relaxation area where folks gather to chat and smoke shisha.
Great location overlooking the Colliseum and s short walk from the museum and old ruined Amphitheater.
Staff at aecurity and front desk were wonderful with good english spoken by most people we encountered.
Credit cards are accepted but no alcohol available. Parking was directly in front of the hotel and free.
Food in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, both at breakfast and dinner. Waiter there said their card machine wasn't working but we paid at the front desk upon insisting.

Lo staff è stato estrememente disponibile a soddisfare tutte le esigenze, dall'assegnazione delle camere con vista meravigliosa sul'anfiteatro, alla risoluzione di un problema avuto con la doccia.
Complessivamente una bella struttura con ristorante annesso e possibilità di parcheggiare di fronte all'ingresso assistito dallo staff.
Bagno/doccia poco funzionale: era impossibile lavarsi senza allagare l'intero pavimento del bagno, abbiamo dovuto ricorrere alla reception (molto disponibili) per fare intervenire qualcuno ad asciugare.
Cucina del ristorante e colazione migliorabili.
Es dificil de no encontrar, llegamos por la tarde y nos encontramos con un segundo Coliseo :) está justo a 5 minutos andando del famoso Anfiteatro y a 5 minuots también del Museo. El personal la verdad es que fue muy pero que muy amable. Nos dieron una habitación en la segunda planta con vistas al Anfiteatro y era enorme, con mucho espacio también para relajarse sin las maletas de por medio. El desayuno para mi gusto estaba bien, con opciones para todos los gustos, tanto saladas como dulces.
El patio interno del hotel es la sala de la cafetería y comunica con todas las plantas del hotel y sobre las 8 de la noche estaba llena de personas (no me parecían clientes, pero me puedo equivocar) hablando animadamente y fumando (está permitido y lo entiendo) pero a parte que el ruido se nota bastante de la habitación, empezó también a entrar el olor a humo durante unas horas, lo que la verdad es que fue un poco molesto. Además, entiendo que el mantenimiento de un establecimiento de este tipo requiere una inversión importante pero después de recorrer el país durante semanas cambiando alojamiento casi todoas las noches, me siento de decir que el precio es bastante alto y me da que posiblemente es así porqué no tiene nada de competencia... bueno, pero en El Jem es sin duda lo mejor que puedes encontrar.
Non sono riuscito a trovarlo dove era indicato. Ho perso mezz'ora girando in tondo su strade sterrate e senza una indicazione. Pessima.
