Soundproofing is a bit weak; I could hear running water and guests in the hallway. However, the provided noise-canceling devices were very helpful in managing this.

樓梯偏窄小，適合身手靈活者爬

浴室採光只有從側面，還蠻奇妙的，會顯得浴室很暗。
樓梯蠻小的、隔音不是很好、有床的那空間有低頻震動，高敏感人會頭痛。（朋友感覺得到，我感覺不到，直接睡死）

The lock to the actual apartment sometimes didn’t work. I contacted the owner she replied immediately and came quickly to fix the problem, however the same issue happened again minutes later, this time the owner quickly asked cleaning staff to fix- which they did. Both times a screwdriver was used to push down a lock part to another part could catch and lock. I asked the staff to give me the screwdriver so I could fix the lock myself when necessary- I fixed the lock myself about five times during a four night stay. The problem was easy to fix and the door was secure after doing so- and there is a strong metal door with a lock outside the apartment- so it didn’t feel safe- but the lock situation is not ideal. Hopefully the owner will replace the problem lock with a new, reliable one very soon!

The first morning, we were woken at 4:30am by drumming and chanting from the temple across the road. In someways it was interesting to hear- and of course it’s an important part of the culture. I wish the owner had mentioned the noise was a possibility and had either recommended guests bring earplugs or provided them.

隔音真的太立體，只要樓上使用衛浴，會以為是從這浴室發出的聲音，非常巨大聲響，樓梯間的燈只要不關，房內雖已貼遮光紙，但四邊窗框還是整個透光暈開，要自己一直去關掉，因為樓上房客一直進出不會關且已經半夜。

枕頭可以換別種，不會塌下來的
