The setting is the most luxurious we have been to during our 3 months travelling, for the price we expected much more fr
Pros:

This is an incredible property, with the dining room facing out onto the Caribbean Sea. Each meal is cooked by the chef who serves you here. It is very luxurious and relaxing and the food was fantastic

Cons:

The property was fairly run down not reflecting the booking.com pictures, the path that goes out into the sea had many planks of wood missing with nails sticking out.

When we arrived there was only one member of staff who seemingly did everything but was not fluent at all in English.

The room wasn’t ready for us when we entered, one of the lamps by the bed had no bulb in it, there was no toilet roll in the toilet and we were not provided with a key for any way to lock the door of our villa when we were leaving it. There was a very flimsy lock on the inside of villa door, but the lock looked like it had been kicked in previously.

During the night, there was frequent dog barking making sleep difficult and as the lock on our bedroom door was so flimsy we were reasonably scared about intruders.

The next morning there were handyman on the property who were working around us whilst eating then spent the rest of the morning in and around the pool sofas. We found this particularly disappointing as it felt that as we were leaving later that day, the experience had stopped.

Pros:

La ubicación, los ambientes, la comida; las duchas , la vista ,

Cons:

1)Faltaría mantenimiento a la cojines de los sofás del salón de zonas comunes y pintura a las puertas de zonas comunes .
2) sugiero recordar cuando coinciden varios clientes diferentes que hay q mantener un mínimo de ruido aceptable hasta 10 p 12 de la noche. Pero no permitir fiestas hasta la madrugada salvo q un solo cliente sea el q alquila todas las habitaciones de la casa.

Pros:

El personal estuvo muy atento y todo fueron facilidades. El responsable hizo que estuvieramos como en casa y la cocinera era buenísima.

You will be physically and emotionally pampered in a place that looks like heaven
Pros:

If you are looking to be taken care of, like really taken care of in a way where you can tell the staff genuinely cares for your experience. This is the place.

Beyond the above and beyond service and beauty of the location, I could tell they really wanted me to enjoy myself. I was able to have beautiful conversations, enjoy the beautiful view, and enjoy the sunset like it was made for me.

I am incredibly grateful to Amauri, yessi, yuri, and arnales for not only their service but their kindness.

The property also comes with two wonderful, well-behaved, and affectionate dogs who will also give you lots of love.

I hope to return one day.
