Pros:

A lovely place at an excellent location. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, good price.

Pros:

Es un departamento amplio y cómodo. Bastante bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas cómodas. La cocina está bastante bien provista con todo lo que uno necesita para pasar unos días.

Cons:

El check in era a la tarde pero supuestamente se podía dejar el equipaje antes, a partir de las 11.00 am. Por eso contratamos ese alojamiento, porque llegabamos temprano a la ciudad y para poder recorrerla necesitabamos dejar las cosas. Fuimos a la hora señalada. Para poder acceder al departamento y dejar nuestro equipaje nos dieron un código. Logramos abrir la cajita a donde van las llaves, pero no había ninguna llave. Tratamos de comunicarnos a través de booking y de un número de celular pero nadie contestó. Lo hicieron horas más tarde, cuando ya estaba todo solucionado. Estabamos con niños y todo el equipaje sin saber que hacer. Un rato más tarde aparecieron los huespedes anteriores que todavía no se habían ido y tenían ellos la llave para ingresar al departamento, así que recién ahí pudimos dejar nuestras pertenencias.
Por otra parte, me resultó incómodo que el baño estuviera separado. Por una parte la ducha y en otro cuarto el inodoro, en donde había un lavamanos pero no funcionaba.

Enjoyable stay, nice and clean apartment.
Pros:

Great location near to Mariahilfe Street and walking distance to Vienna City Centre. The Mariahilfe street is good for shopping. Easy to find food at Billa and Spar near to the apartment.

Cons:

Bed is not comfortable and no sofa bed.
Apartment key located in the safe box beside the apartment door, was not clearly mentioned in the check in instruction.

위치가 너무 좋았어요 체크인 과정도 너무 쉬웠습니다! 온수도 잘나오고 집이 따뜻해요 겨울에 여행해서 이 점이 참 좋았어요
아파트 크기도 크고 좋았어요 너무너무 만족한 숙박이어서 다음에 비엔나에 방문한다면 여기서 숙박할 것 같아요
교통이 정말 편리하고 마리아힐퍼거리가 도보권이에요 지하철역 버스정거장도 가깝습니다 그냥 집 앞이에요. 교통이 너무 좋아서 택시나 우버를 잘 타고 다니지 않았어요! 식기류나 냄비도 다 있어요. 세탁기도 있는데 세제는 없어서 가져오시는거 추천드리고, 저는 장기 숙박해서 휴지랑 쓰레기봉지가 부족해서 부족하다고 연락드렸더니 사라고 하셔서 장기 숙박하시는 분들은 가져오시는거 추천드려요
마트도 근처에 있어서 정말 편했어요! 최고의 숙소였습니다! 그리고 비포 선라이즈 장소인 카페 슈펠이나 알트앤누가 도보권이에요!
그만큼 중심부에 위치해있고 슈테판 성당광장도 지하철 타면 20분도 안걸렸던 것 같아요. 이 숙소 고민 중이시라면 전 강력 추천드려요

insgesamt war es sehr schön und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und damit ideal für einen Kurztrip. Für 4 Personen hat das Apartment vollkommen ausgereicht, die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein, aber insgesamt war es sehr schön und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Das Apartment lag sehr zentral, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés befanden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet – besonders die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, egal ob zum Kochen oder für einen guten Kaffee, dank der Kaffeemaschine. Alles war sauber und funktional, auch das WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ζεστό, καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και είχε συνέχεια ζεστό νερό.
Αν και στις οδηγίες αναφέρθηκαν μόνο οι σκάλες για την πρόσβαση στον δεύτερο όροφο, στο κτήριο υπάρχει και ασανσέρ.

Cons:

Το στρώμα θέλει άμεσα αλλαγή! Ήταν πολύ μαλακό δεξιά και αριστερά και στη μέση ήταν σκληρό και έκανε βουναλάκι.
Επίσης χρειάζονται αλλαγή τα μαξιλάρια! Καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχουν 2 μαλακά και 2 σταθερά για να μπορεί να επιλέξει καθένας αυτό που τον βολεύει.
