Good location, spacious flat, cosy flat.
So the bed is indeed very, very soft. It’s on a noisy street, so during the night you would hear a lot of cars and it’s very, very warm in the summer time as there’s no AC. One thing if you travel with BIKES - do not! I repeat - do not leave them in the courtyard! Ours got stolen. Most likely a neighbor as in the building you will see signs “airbnb is a crime” and despite the fact that there were 20 bikes of people who live there - only our 2 bikes were stolen from there and everything else was left untouched. The police can’t do much for you either as there are no cameras. So just dont stay there if you have bikes. It’s not safe. Everything else was decent for the price.
The location is excellent – the city center is within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of public transport options, restaurants, and shops nearby. The apartment is located in a quiet inner courtyard, so it was peaceful at night. The apartment itself was comfortable, and well suited for our stay.
I would also like to highlight the excellent communication with the host. Responses were prompt and friendly, and the self check-in process was smooth and straightforward. We especially appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage before the official check-in time, which was a great convenience.
The biggest drawback was the very strong unpleasant smell in the building's corridor. We never found out where it was coming from. It's a pity because otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. However, because of this smell alone, we would not choose to stay here again.
Excellent location, quiet, but near everything. Coffee shops and supermarkets are just around the corner.
You can walk to the Museum Quarter or the city center 15/20 min. The apartment is in a building with a beautiful internal garden.
The only bad thing was the bad smell at the entrance; we stayed 5 days, and it didn’t disappear.
We couldn’t clean anything; there was no broom or mop to keep the place clean if you stayed longer.
On the third day, the floor was dirty, and then ants appeared. The garbage recycling door in the building was always closed; we didn’t know where to throw it. Some instructions about that will be helpful!

Eine wunderbare Wohnung in einer super Lage, mit einer schönen Loggia. Supermarkt 50 Meter, Bushaltestelle 50 Meter, U-Bahn 7 Minuten. Wir fanden es super und kommen gern wieder.
地點非常的好，房間也非常的實用美麗，我們在這裡住了五天，度過美好的時光。唯一要注意的是大門有的時候按密碼不能打開來，這時候就要用房門的鑰匙取開。
可能備品比較少，我事先知道，所以有將前一間旅館沒用完的衛生紙，小肥皂和洗髮精帶過來，所以沒什麼問題。唯一的建議就是地板的打掃可以更乾淨，謝謝。
Large apartment in good location close to shops and transport.
Lacked attention to detail - had no basic things like a even a sample of washing machine liquid, dish washing tablets, not even a tea towel to dry dishes. No where to hang clothes once washed.
The location is amazing, close to lots of cafes and restaurants. Also around 30min walking distance to almost everything
It’s an apartment in the ground floor so there was some smells in the apartment. also there was literally no hand soap (which is the bare minimum) and one of the towels provided had stains on it but thankfully there was plenty of towels in the apartment. Overall these can be improved but no major no go!

Das Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können, es war noch Staub und Haare am Boden in den Ecken. Es war außerdem nicht genügend Toilettenpapier für die Anzahl der Tage und Personen.
Die Küche war nicht besonders ausgestattet.
Very nice, perfectly kept appartment in an old city house. Very quiet and relaxing setting with all kinds of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Public transport is closeby and staff is very helpful and quick in responding.
