Pros:

Our Lady gave her first messages to the people of Medugorje how to treat future piilgrims. We came there looking for some spiritual and physical rest and we found it here.This family-runed hotel follows her instructions completelly. We felt welcommed, warm, comfortable, peaceful, secure, reslaxed. I truly recommend this hotel. Host are helpful, warm- herated, easy-going but professional at the same time. WE WILL COME BACK.

Pros:

Sve mi se svidjelo. Doček vlasnika koji čak i nosi kofere do sobe, šti nisam doživjela niti u hotelima sa više zvijezdica. Soba ima sve osnovno za boravak, čista i uredna i puno bolje izgleda nego na slikama.

Ierados viesnīcā pirms 6:00 no rīta un man laipni atļāva doties uz istabu, lai varētu ieiet dušā un izgulēties. Tas bija ļoti lieliski.

Spacious, Clean, and Quiet room, friendly owners
Pros:

Spacious room with a nice bathroom, clean, quiet, relatively updated and modern facilities, air conditioning and hot water worked well, toiletries (a few) provided, i.e. soap and single portion shampoo. There is a wardrobe space, a desk, a comfortable bed, and extra bedding. The room (double) has not only a double bed but enough floor space and work space that you could actually live nicely or do exercises and go out on the little porch to sit. Flexible check-in time and check out time is very reasonable at 12 noon. (Some hotels require that guests arrive after 2 or 4 pm and leave early in the morning, around 10 am, which is seriously problematic for travellers who are left without a place for a few hours on either side of the reservation.) Nice people, food available at their restaurant and bar on the ground floor.

Cons:

Little things: one of the lights above the bed wasn't working, and it would be nice to have a lamp for the desk.
In the future it would be wonderful if the hotel could accept credit cards (foreigners have to pay big fees to withdraw cash from banks. Just to pay by cash to the hotel, I had to pay 22 KTM in bank fees for the 100 KTM bill. That's a 22% markup!!).
A kettle and tea station in the room would also be great. The location is a bit far from the center about 1 mile of 1.3 km but not too bad.
