Incredibly disappointing and certainly not 'luxury' for my daughters
Pros:

The Lameriana Resort appears, on first impressions, to be a really nice, isolated hotel with decent facilities. The site is well kept, the pool area is very nice and if you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway then you could probably do a lot worse.

Cons:

I booked to stay here as a family of four. My children are 15 and 12. I booked the Mountain View Suite which stated it had TWO bedrooms and TWO double beds. It had neither. Instead the hotel owners squeezed two horribly uncomfortable camp beds into the lounge area of this open-plan room. My teenage and almost teenage daughters had no privacy, no sleep for several days and we left feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed after spending (what was for me) a lot of money.

This disappointed and frustration has only been exacerbated by the owners refusing to cooperate with booking.com or with myself directly with what I feel is a reasonable complaint. Instead they have opted to ignore all communication, and refuse to acknowledge the fact that the room was completely unsuitable for a family and was certainly not close to 'luxury' which the hotel claims to deliver. Their refusal to engage with me or booking.com, and their apparent refusal to accept that their room description was wholly misleading, speaks volumes.

Perhaps that's why it only has the four reviews on this website?
