A decent hotel but overpriced.
Pros:

This is a nice hotel in a great location but very expensive in comparison to other equally nice hotels in Iceland. The spa area is small with only one shower which isn't private. There are a couple of hot tubs but they were nothing special.

Cons:

Room was quite small. I didn't like the open shower at the spa area. We ate in the restaurant as there is nothing else much available in the area. The food was OK but not exceptional as it was only just warm and very expensive. The music was too loud.

Next time we’ll be looking for somewhere else / a different place.
Pros:

The hotel is new, has a nice design, a large parking lot, it’s not far from the glacier, the breakfast and dinner are decent (though not outstanding). The service from the staff during dinner is good

Cons:

Terribly soft mattresses. If anyone has back problems, this will be personal hell. Old, torn bathrobes — it’s simply a disgrace for a hotel of this level. The girl working at the lobby bar acted like she was doing everyone a huge favor when making coffee or drinks. It was so unpleasant to even place an order.

Pros:

L'hôtel est juste magnifique, la grande classe! Une chambre très spacieuse avec une grande baie vitrée pour admirer les aurores boréales. Le petit-déjeuner est extraordinaire, avec du saumon fumé hors du commun ! Le sauna et le bain chaud sont un plus très agréable. Emplacement parfait au milieu de nulle part.

Je trouve que le tarif est quand même très cher...

Ein schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, Sauna und Hot Port sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Essen hat uns nicht überzeugt. Leider gibt es kein anderes Restaurant in der Nähe.
