12 pięknych dni w Pefkochori
Pros:

Spędziliśmy wspaniały 12-dniowy urlop w Nioplias. Bardzo przyjemne, nowoczesne, komfortowe, klimatyzowane, dobrze wyposażone apartamenty. Pokój był dość mały, ale zgodny z metrażem z oferty i w pełni funkcjonalny. Bardzo dobry aneks kuchenny, śniadania jedliśmy już jednak przy zewnętrznych stolikach z parasolami, jest tam bardzo przyjemnie, a w pokoju byłoby na to trochę za ciasno. Na miejscu zawsze dostępna miła, uśmiechnięta i pomocna pani z obsługi. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Pokój błyszczał po każdym sprzątaniu. W promieniu krótkiego spaceru dobrze wyposażony minimarket i bardzo dobre restauracje Makis czy Las Pas. Miejsca parkingowe bezpośrednio pod apartamentami. Samo Pefkochori jest bardzo dobrym miejscem na Kassandrze, w miasteczku jest wszystko co potrzeba do dobrego urlopu, w promieniu 15 minut jazdy samochodem rajskie plaże. Zdecydowanie polecamy dla par, jeśli większość dnia i wieczory spędzacie na plaży, w mieście czy restauracjach. My na pewno byśmy wrócili.

Cons:

Wybraliśmy Nioplias, ponieważ jest trochę na uboczu od głównych zatłoczonych i głośnych ulic Pefkochori, niestety po drugiej stronie drogi jest szkoła i hałas ze szkolnego boiska w trakcie dnia, wieczorem i do późnych godzin nocnych jest to też miejsce spotkań dzieciaków, które bawią się na ulicy, grają w piłkę i też robią dużo hałasu wokół siebie. Okna są dobrze wyciszone i przy zamkniętych nie jest to duży problem, ale spanie przy otwartym balkonie raczej odpada.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pefkohori! The location is perfect, surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, beach, which is around 250m away. The apartment is new, perfectly clean, and modern, with all the amenities you need. It’s comfortable and stylish, exactly like the photos. The bed was super cozy with fresh, clean sheets. The host was very kind and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. This is a perfect place for both short and long stays. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Pefkohori. Highly recommended!

Чудова хазяйка, відмінне місцерозташування - до моря спуститися вулицею вниз хвилин 5-7. Зовсім поруч є магазини, таверни.

В кімнаті є все необхідне. Посуд, каструля, сковорідка, чайник, микрохвильовка, варочна поверхня, холодильник, кондиціонер, фен. Мило, шампунь, рушники.

Cons:

Трохи замала сушарка для одягу. В кімнаті було дуже волого, навіть с увімкненим кондиціонером. Балкон дуже маленький, я б навіть назвала його просто виходом на двір, а не балконом.
Також було б добре мати в кімнаті кухонні рушники, паперові наприклад.

Cons:

Φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα νωρίς το μεσημέρι. Μπήκαμε σε ένα οκ δωμάτιο για αρχή και αφού ξεκίνησα να κάνω ένα ντούζ χτύπησε η πόρτα και μας είπαν ότι πρέπει να αλλάξουμε δωμάτιο διότι αυτό είναι για περισσότερα από ένα βράδι.
Μας πηγαίνουν σε ένα δωμάτιο που ήταν σαν αποθηκούλα σε χωροδιάταξη, με το ζόρι περνούσαμε από το κρεβάτι για να μπούμε σε ένα μικρό μπανάκι.
Το κρεβάτι ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από μονό, το μπανάκι αν και καινούργιο ο καμπινές της τουαλέτας ήταν βρώμικος στο εσωτερικό του, το σκέπασμα πάνω από τα σεντόνια βρώμικο. Απλώστρα για μαγιό, πετσέτες δεν υπήρχε με αποτέλεσμα να ζητήσω εγω και η τηλεόραση που είχε μέσα στο δωματιάκι αυτό δεν έπαιζε καθόλου. Επίσης φωτογραφίες από αυτό το δωματιάκι δεν υπήρχαν καν, είχε φωτογραφίες με πιο ωραία μεγάλα και σωστά δωμάτια. Όταν είπα ότι θέλουμε να αλλάξουμε δωμάτιο μας είπαν πως είναι πλήρης. Να τονίσω πως είχαμε προπληρώσει όλη την τιμή του δωματίου. Όταν κάναμε μπάνιο τα νερά έβγαιναν μέχρι έξω από το μικρό μπανάκι μιας και το τζάμι δεν κάλυπτε το ντούζ,
με αποτέλεσμα να φτάνουν τα νερά στο κρεβάτι που ήταν ακριβώς μπροστά στην πόρτα του μπάνιου.
Φεύγοντας για την βραδινή μας βόλτα και επιστρέφοντας πίσω η υγρασία ήταν απερίγραπτη, τα σεντόνια ήταν μούσκεμα και δεν μπορέσαμε να κλείσουμε μάτι. Μπαλκονάκι δεν υπήρχε παραμόνο ένας στενός διάδρομος.
Αν όλα τα άλλα δωμάτια είναι σε καλύτερη κατάσταση και αυτό ήταν το μοναδικό που έβαλαν εμάς θα έπρεπε να μην το δίνουν καν σε επισκέπτες.
Η εμπειρία μας στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα είναι ΜΌΝΟ αρνητική.

very nice and clean place, location perfect. Host very friendly, comfortable beds, even a small kitchen installed. If in Pefkohori will not hesitate to reserve it again.

studio not so spacious but enough, terrace really very narrow. Can be noisy in the night if windows opened.

Pros:

I liked that everything was new and clean. When the windows are closed, you are like in a vault, it is very quiet. There is a free parking in front of the apartment, and it is free every where on the street where there is no parking signs. Great location, one street above the city center, in the heart of the city.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn't like was the bed.. The mattress is sagging (The middle part is sinking).. and it is very uncomfortable. The pillows were very high.. This can be fixed easly, it is not a big problem.
