一樓起居沒有海景沒問題，但連 Wifi 和網路也沒有就有點說不過去了。
一樓讓旅客下來吃早餐，但隔音有點差，早上其實會被吵到。
入住等待許久，且沒有事先通知，與過年加價的沒有相符的服務。

民宿女主人親切

Cons:

冷氣不冷，床太軟，被安排到的房間完全看不到海景。想住海邊民宿就是爲了看海景，從民宿出去往下走路也堵住無法直達海邊，花3千多就這樣。

Cons:

夜間車流聲稍大，但民宿主人表示因為這次堰塞湖關係台九線光復鄉的路不通，車流變成會移到海線，所以夜間車流聲才會變大，的確白天看到好多運送物資的在奔馳，光復加油!! 不過還好另一邊有海浪搖籃曲，倒也睡得著。
