Good stay in beautiful town
Pros:

Central location, big rooms. Good spa and massage (should be booked in advance). Parking around 5 mins walk away, decent breakfast.

Cons:

No English speaking staff

Disappointing
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent as it sits right on top of the town next to the Colonnade with several mineral springs which is the main point of visit.
The strong point of this hotel is it's swimming pool and spa area; it looks quite new (unlike the rest of the hotel) and offers four types of sauna, good warm jacuzzi and a swimming pool.

Cons:

Definitely the hotel rooms which need updating and the breakfast buffet. We only bought breakfast with our stay so can't tell about other food. The choice of food was quite poor and if you didn't come right when the breakfast started, you didn't get some of the food. There was no choice of different types of milk or its substitutes, only one joghurt (plain white) and no fresh fruit. Very basic breakfast. Our children were accommodated in a room for a wheelchair visitors which I found very odd.

location, room was Big aneks very well equipped

Cons:

the operation hours of spa was not updated on the hotel website as well as their booklet and flyers they left us in the room. They made it shorter that is why I couldn’t use it properly.

There is not clear information what is included in price that’s why I had to pay some additional money

A good hotel for the price in a special area known for healing and spa treatments
Pros:

We liked the location a lot - there is an excellent culinary selection within minutes of walking. Saunas were great. Breakfast was really good, it had a lot of selection. The doctor and the masseuse were knowledgeable and insightful, but we had to utilize some off sight physical therapy since the type of the therapy we wanted was not available for three days. We got some gifts from the hotel and that was a pleasant surprise. Some were waiting for us in the room, and some we got at the check-out. The value for money for our room, breakfast, and the facilities was good.

Cons:

We couldn’t book all the treatments we wanted during our stay. The saunas and the pool opened late during workdays. The dinner was lacking (cafeteria style similar to what was offered for breakfast) and it was over-priced. The receptionist at our check-in did not speak any English. The parking was not on the premises, it was a city parking, and it wasn’t explained to us what kind of deal the hotel had with them - so we paid the parking at the city parking booth, not at the hotel. It was a good parking garage (police are stationed there and the prices are ok) and it didn’t need any booking through the hotel.

Pros:

The location is very good - in a beautiful part of Marianske Lazne, next to the colonnade, park and recreational trails in the surrounding woods. There is a bus stop next to the hotel with links to the station, which is very good.
The room was large, a bit outdated, beds comfortable. Not perfect soundproofing - voices from the nearby room could be heard.
Breakfast was varied and good. The breakfast room can get a bit crowded - it is a very big hotel.

Cons:

No kettle in the room.
