Pros:

Die Kosmetikabteilung ist sehr zu empfehlen
Perfekte Behandlung und Beratung.
Salzgrotte ist auch o.k.
Schön ist, das man die Möglichkeit hat draußen gemütlich zu sitzen, auch wenn das Restaurant geschlossen ist.
Insgesamt hat das Haus eine perfekte Lage.
Es ist mit perfekter Sauberkeit zu bewerten und das Personal ist immer freundlich und bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen

Frühstück ist auf alle Fälle verbesserungswürdig....
Es war jeden Tag dasselbe .
Rührei Speck war okay, Wurst und Käse( billigste Qualität) täglich gleich lieblos aus der Verpackung aufs Tablett.Keine Salami geschweige denn mal Schinken...
Kein frisches Obst oder mal Salate .

Außergewöhnlich gute und günstige ayurvedische Behandlungen bzw. Massagen - sogar an einem Sonntag! superschnelles Internet - sehr gutes zugebuchtes Abendessen. Gute Matratzen! Sehr freundliches Personal - hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist eher 90s style - dafür jedoch geräumig und gute Betten.

Good stay in beautiful town
Pros:

Central location, big rooms. Good spa and massage (should be booked in advance). Parking around 5 mins walk away, decent breakfast.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent as it sits right on top of the town next to the Colonnade with several mineral springs which is the main point of visit.
The strong point of this hotel is it's swimming pool and spa area; it looks quite new (unlike the rest of the hotel) and offers four types of sauna, good warm jacuzzi and a swimming pool.

Cons:

Definitely the hotel rooms which need updating and the breakfast buffet. We only bought breakfast with our stay so can't tell about other food. The choice of food was quite poor and if you didn't come right when the breakfast started, you didn't get some of the food. There was no choice of different types of milk or its substitutes, only one joghurt (plain white) and no fresh fruit. Very basic breakfast. Our children were accommodated in a room for a wheelchair visitors which I found very odd.

Pros:

location, room was Big aneks very well equipped

Cons:

the operation hours of spa was not updated on the hotel website as well as their booklet and flyers they left us in the room. They made it shorter that is why I couldn’t use it properly.

There is not clear information what is included in price that’s why I had to pay some additional money
