Excellent experience in very comfortable place❤️

Super kind, supportive, helpful and sympathetic receptionist Emanuela! She is kind of personnel who makes all bad experience in Italy to disappear and to enjoy holiday with positive vibration. After being discouraged immediate after landing in Pisa, she handled our challenging situation with understanding and support. All the praisal go to her and lots of appreciation.
The hotel is on excellent location, very clean and warm. You have everything you need for a short stay and all the other staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and come again.

Cons:

The pillow😔 Too hard, it couldn't be used.

Piccolo hotel a gestione familiare a due passi dalla Torre. Stanza essenziale ma pulita e confortevole. Proprietario molto gentile e accogliente. Prezzo più che onesto.
