Location: Imerovigli is the best location to stay in Santorini; best sunsets as it is the balcony of the island and in between Oia and Fira.
Despina is the asset of the place, helpful, attentive and she is in every request. She is highly efficient and the best part of our stay was thanks to her. Her recommendations are also spot on!
Rooms are not clean. Maintenance of the rooms is not good either and despite the units are big they are very tight with the coffee capsules, water and all those usually complimentary things in hotels. Also breakfast quality for Greece standards was low. Unfortunately, we had some money missing from the room, which was obviously confirmed that was taken by the cleaner (who doesn’t really clean) but that was immediately rectified by Despina who summoned the cleaner who justified the action by saying she thought it was a tip. Who on earth would tip a cleaner who doesn’t really clean? That was the main issue.
Also the rooms we got had no outdoor pool and it was truly a shame. It’s a must to have an outdoor pool especially to watch the sunset.

The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful in evenings. Short trip into Fira and Oia. Staff were super welcoming and friendly and easy to contact with any questions. Breakfast being served to room with caldera view and sunset was outstanding. Room was clean and spacious and had everything that was needed such as, tv WiFi iron hairdryer and toiletries.

The property had such amazing views of the caldera and Skaros rock and was located right in the heart of Imerovigli. The terrace and personal pool were a perfect way to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery.
