Heavens Edge was an amazing stay in Santorini. The location was great in Imervogli with some restaurants only a short walk away. The room (1 BR villa with indoor pool) was humongous with high ceilings and a separate bedroom and living area as well as a very spacious outdoor balcony that had a table and 2 chairs along with an outdoor couch and incredible views of the caldera. The hotel manager Despina was amazing. She messaged over Whatsapp to help coordinate travel from the airport then was incredibly welcoming at the property, giving us a full overview of where to go and what to do in Santorini. She was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Santorini.
In my 25 yrs of traveling I have never wrote a review about a hotel. This place is absolutely amazing, the room, the view, the pool, the comfy bed and most importantly the kindest, friendliest, most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever encountered. We did not want to leave

We love the place it had a great view and Despina was exceptional, very friendly, and help us in many ways. She helped arrange our transportation and explain the island and avoid any difficulties. Definitely we will recommend to stay at this place . Heavens Edge the best 😊
The location was absolutely perfect and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was comfortable and as pictured. We felt very at home during our two night stay.
Everything was wonderful - some paint chipping in the bathroom area and in-room pool but not anything too terrible that it took away from the experience. Wish they had 24 hr check-in/reception but they were flexible with us and our arrival/departure times.
Amazing views, great tub & in a quiet location. The host Despina was friendly, extremely helpful & overall a great host. I’d recommend eating at Avocado & Dear Elie- both walking distance from the property.
Gorgeous views, convenient location away from the busy centre, daily cleaning, heated private pool. I can't stress how friendly and helpful the staff were, especially Despina!
Not for those with mobility issues
La position du Heavens Edge est parfaite avec une vue extraordinaire sur le volcan et à 25 min à pied de Fira (par des petits chemins au bord de la Caldeira).
La personne avait qui j'étais en contact avant notre arrivée (Despina) est super gentille, réactive et pleine de bons conseils pour vous faire passer de superbes moments. De plus on nous a proposé des activités, des restaurants et des visites très agréables et superbes. Tout le personnel est vraiment gentil et discret.
La chambre ressemblait tout à fait à ce que j'avais vu sur les photos et à ce que j'avais imaginé. La chambre était très propre et superbe.
Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve.
Tout était très bien, je n'ai rien à reprocher.
Definitely the location and the beautiful place and view
Everything!! Including the stunning views, large heated indoor pool, spacious layout complete with oceanfront porch for breakfasts and sunsets , well designed kitchenette, great shower and bathroom, pampering bathrobes and towels and very comfortable bed. The unit has 2 ACs , a safe, a strong hair dryer and was immaculately cleaned every day. More importantly, the property manager, Despina, could not have been nicer and more accommodating to us, from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. She was great with day trip recommendations and was able to arrange a rental car for us at a moment’s notice. In addition, as we are vegetarians, she went out of her way to ensure that we had ample and tasty options.

Unbelievable sunset and when an entire cloud entered our apartment during the night
Missing a sign with directions to the location at the entrance of the stairway. But really minor thing, everything is 10/10
El apartamento tenía un baño y habitaciones enorme, con zona de estar y cocina.
La terraza y el jacuzzi simplemente maravillosos, y ver el atardecer o desayunar en ella ha sido increíble.
Había más intimidad que en Oia pero hay más terrazas alrededor.
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We had a superior suite with a plunge pool which was heated, private and you could gaze out at the breathtaking views while sipping on a beverage. The bed was comfortable and although the suite wasn’t huge in size, it had everything we needed for our short stay.
I would have liked a few more coffee pods in the room.
