During my stay at the hotel, I was genuinely impressed by many positive aspects. The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to key areas of Ankara. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a very good bed and plenty of space to relax. The staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient, and helpful — they assisted me with the wake‑up arrangements and took care of my payments smoothly. I also greatly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered several options for prepared eggs and a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition, the spa and hammam facilities were truly outstanding; the service quality and overall experience were excellent.
However, my stay was unfortunately affected by one significant issue — the noise level during the nights. Either the sound isolation of the rooms needs improvement, or I was simply very unlucky with my neighbours. All three nights were disturbed by excessive noise: the worst was on Friday, when I had to call reception after midnight because guests next door were having a loud party with several people in the room. The noise was so strong that even earplugs did not help. On the final night, new guests arrived after 3:00 a.m. and continued loud conversations — almost shouting — until 5:00 a.m. This was extremely disappointing, as one would normally expect guests to respect quiet hours in a hotel environment where rooms are not separated by heavy walls. Aside from the noise issue, everything else was very good, and I appreciated the manager’s assistance on the second night when the reception intervened and managed to stop the disturbance.
