Optimal für Aktivtouristen geeignet.
Pros:

Frühstück gut in reichhaltig. Frühstück ist rechtzeitig möglich, ab 6.30 Uhr, so dass man den Tag für Aktivitäten voll nutzen kann!

Saunahandtuch selber mitbringen!! Trendigkeit statt sinnhaftiger Praktikabilität

+nette und hilfreiche Mitarbeiter, mit echter Freundlichkeit
+ Rührei in Pfannen selber braten ( Anstehen ! wenn Hotel voll)
++ tolle Aussicht in der Sauna im 3.OG ( leider nur 8 Liegestühle, die diese geniessen können)
++ nettes Farbkonzept und nette Skipisten- wander- pläne im Treppenhaus. Ein toller Snowboarder an der Decke!! über dem Bett

Cons:

-- SUPER NERVIG: nur 1 einziges- zu kleines- Saunahandtuch
-- Steckdosen in 1,70m Höhe : mein Handy baumelt zum Laden an der Wand runter und die Ladebuchse geht kaputt . Um an die Nachttischlampe zu kommen , muss ich AUFSTEHEN!! puh!!! und ich brauchte 10 Min um zu entdecken, dass deren Schalter im Stecker integriert ist
-- zu wenig Frühstückstische. Auf den trendigen Sofawürfeln, will halt niemand sitzen.
-- wenn Balkon, dann nur zum Stehen. Also im Sommer komme ich bestimmt NICHT in ein Explorer Hotel
-- Das DZ reicht gerade mal für 1 Person
-- das offene Schrankprinzip ist gut, aber meine Unterwäsche würde ich schon gerne unsichtbar in eine Schublade legen wollen
-- unnsinnig und verwirred: Zimmer-nr beginnt mit der Gebäude-NR. die armen Mitarbeiter, die jedem Gast diese Unsinnigkeit erklären müssen.

Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, hat eine gute Grösse und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Alles war sehr sauber! Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider war die Wlan Verbindung im Zimmer 304 sehr schlecht. Nur wenn man vor der Türe im Flur steht konnte ich mich einloggen, wieder im Zimmer war es schon wieder weg. Trotz Meldung an der Reception am Abend der Ankunft wurde mir nicht weiter geholfen. (Das Problem scheint bekannt zu sein und wird bewusst ignoriert. Schade!)
5€ für den Aussenstellplatz finde ich zu viel, das Hotel liegt nicht in einer Grossstadt. Bei anderen Explorerhotels bezahlt man 1€.

Mooi, schoon hotel
Pros:

Mooie schone kamer, goed ontbijt en voldoende parkeergelegenheid.
Tevens nog voorzieningen om je ski's / snowboard te waxen.

Spotlessly clean and fabulous location
Pros:

Beautiful setting and easily accessible from the airport. The ski bus is located just 5 mins walk away. Staff were extremely polite and welcoming.

Cons:

The hotel is, unfortunately, a big disappointment and does not justify its 4-star rating – it is more comparable to a good hostel.
The breakfast is very modest, with almost no selection of fruits or vegetables. There are no croissants or any kind of sweet options, and if you want eggs, you have to cook them yourself, which is inappropriate for a hotel of this category.
The wellness facilities are also below expectations – bathrobes are not included, and towels cost an extra €5 per piece.
The rooms are poorly equipped: there is no fridge, nor even basic items like glasses, so you cannot even pour yourself a glass of water.
Overall, the quality ratio is very poor, and the experience does not match the standard expected from a 4-star hotel.
