Very good place
Pros:

"We had a wonderful stay in the room — the location is peaceful with absolute quiet, perfect for restful nights. The Wi-Fi is strong and always available, and the water pressure is great. The highlight was the stunning view of the Pyramids directly from the room, and an even clearer view from the rooftop. The room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We hope to visit again! 👍"

Wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

I liked about the facility because it is nearby the pyramids and you have a good view of the landscape, the rooms were neat and the staff gave us the chance to arrange the check-in and check-out. And they even gave us a good breakfast.

Cons:

nettes kleines Hotel, netter Besitzer, sensationeller Blick auf die Pyramiden
Pros:

Das Preis- Leitungsverhältnis ist super, denn alleine der Blick von der Dachterrasse im 7. Stock ist sensationell: ein Blick mit allen drei Pyramiden. Wir haben das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen benutzt und Abends um auf der Dachterrasse zu sitzen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und wenn etwas nicht passt, einfach dem Hotelchef Tamer anfunken, er kümmert sich sofort darum.
Das Hotel ist kaum zu finden, da es sich in einer Seitengasse befindet, aber einfach Tamer anrufen, dann holt er den Gast von der Hauptstr. ab,
Das Frühstück war ok und ist ausbaufähig, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Um eigene Vorlieben für das Essen zu gewährleisten, kann man den vorhandenen Kühlschrank befüllen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 2 Gehminuten vom Hoteleingang entfernt. Auch ein Fischrestaurant und ein Grillstand ist dort. ein paar Meter weiter gibt es sogar eine Ansammlung von Lokalen und Geschäften auf der Hauptstraße.
Wer gerne in eine günstige Unterkunft in Kairo ohne großen Schnick Schnack haben will, ist in diesem kleinen Hotel gut aufgehoben.

Cons:

Bitte einen Lichtschalter auf der Dachterrasse anbringen mit dem die Gäste selber entscheiden können, ob sie lieber Licht anhaben wollen oder aus, damit man die Pyramiden besser sehen kann.
unser Kühlschrank war leider etwas laut.

Our first thought when entering our room was ,,how can this place have such a high rating on booking?! '', now we know why, but this at the end. One thing you have to give the hotel owner credit for, he knows how to make his hotel look more appealing than it is by using very flattering pictures and apparently also Photoshop. The room that we got looked clean at the first sight and fair for it's price, it was even a four bedroom instead of the booked two, but on our last day we discovered bed bugs... We were sleeping with f*ing BED BUGS for five nights! The bathroom was very run down and gross, especially the shower, why we only showered with socks. The biggest shock though was the window. The whole thing consists out of plexiglass, where a square was cut out and repurposed as a ,,window'' using hinges. Correspondingly did it look anything but safe, which led to both of us barely being able to fall asleep the first night, also because you heard screams of cats and the elevator. Because the window wasn't sealed, we could hear every noise from outside which woke us up after not even two hours of sleep. The elevator does surprisingly work, even though it looks like it's gonna fall apart every second, but I still preferred it over the stairs, which you could barelly use due to all the trash on them and even signs of blood on some spots. The in the price included breakfast is consumable, even though the cheese and sausage are looking pretty old. The location does not seem very safe, the hotel is pretty close to the pyramids though so you can walk there by foot and the pyramid view also exists, but it is only like in the pictures on the trashed roof top. Despite all the negative aspects, that's something we could have overlooked, since it is alright for the price. What we couldn't overlook though is the service.

We recommend this accommodation to all budget-conscious travelers who want to experience the authentic atmosphere of Giza, Cairo, and the surroundings, and be within reach of the Pyramids. It is not a traditional hotel with a reception; instead, it offers furnished rooms on one of the floors of a residential building. The owner is very helpful, welcoming, and reliable, which you will certainly appreciate in Egypt. We would like to thank him again for his friendly approach and support, and we wish him and his family the best of luck. 😊

L'accueil fait par l'hôtel était parfait : nous étions perdus et il est venu nous chercher dans la rue.
L'emplacement est très bien dans Gizeh : a 10 minutes a pied de l'entrée des pyramides et pas très loin en uber ou tuktuk du nouveau musée égyptien.

Cons:

La vue sur les pyramides de la chambre aurait pu être mieux mais le roof top au 7eme étage rattrape tout !
Les matelas sont avec des ressorts (nous ne sommes pas habitués a cela mais c'est OK)

بصراحه الفندق جميل ونظيف بطريقه لا توصف وشكرا للاستاذ تامر مدير المكان راجل محترم بمعني الكلمه وعايز اوضح حاجه بس طبعا اغلبيه الفنادق او كلها عموما يعني بيبقي الخروج من الساعه 12:00 مساءا وطبعا دا معاد خروجي من الفندق وانا كانت الطياره بتاعتي الساعه 8 بالليل ولو خرجت من الفندق هقعد في الشارع كل الساعات دي بس بأمانه لما حكيتله علي المشكله دي مأخدش وقت ولقيته بيقولي اقعد لحد اذان المغرب وبراحتك خالص وللعلم انا كنت حاجز ليله واحده بصراحه الموقف دا مش هنساه وشكرا استاذ تامر وتحياتي ليك.

Na verdade não se trata de um hotel, mas de um andar em um prédio. O café da manhã era servido às 10:00 As avaliações diziam que era ótimo, mas tanto o quarto como o prédio eram muito sujos, inclusive com cheiro de urina e fezes de gato expostas na escada durante a estadia. Optamos por trocar de hotel, inclusive porque na região não havia restaurantes.
