Pros:

Готель розташований в дуже хорошому місці. Дуже затишний і красивий. Смачні сніданки і дуже хороший персонал який обслуговує на сніданках. Нам дуже сподобався час проведений в готелі.

Cons:

Дуже довго шукали де знаходиться готель. Вивіска висить начеб то він прям на площі. А насправді потрібно пройти через ТРЦ, вийти на внутрішню вулицю, повернути направо по вулочці до ресторану, пройти трохи в гору і повернути на ліво. Ми тричі ходили кругом площі по карті і не могли його знайти. Тільки дякуючі дівчині, що працювала в салоні краси яка пішла з нами і почала питати в місцевих де цей готель - ми знайшли його розташування).

Super locatie, zeer aardig personeel, oud pand met enkele gebreken.
Pros:

De locatie in het historische centrum van Guimaraes is super. Het personeel van het hotel waren erg vriendelijk, zowel bij de receptie maar vooral bij het ontbijt dat werd geserveerd. Goed ontbijt. Als het kan zou ik een kamer aan de voorzijde vragen met uitzicht op het mooie plein. Vanuit hier kun je ook mooie plekken bezoeken in de omgeving dus het licht wat dat betreft ook gunstig. Wij hebben ondanks de douche, zie hierna overall genoten.

Cons:

Het pand is ook historisch en wij hadden een kamer die op een kleine binnenplaats uitkeek en dat was op zich prima. Er was alleen een groot probleem met de badkamer dat de temperatuur bij douchen opeens naar koud en erg heet ging. Wij hebben hier ook wel een melding van gemaakt en hij zei dat ze deze opmerking nog nooit hadden gehoord. Maar nadat ik later review door las zag ik hier wel vaker opmerkingen over.
Kamers zijn erg gehorig en vooral als de buren het water gebruiken lijkt het echt dat ze in jouw kamer staan. Dit heeft natuurlijk ook wel weer met de ouderdom van het pand te maken en daar moet je je dan ook maar niet aan storen. Prijs van hotelkamer iets aan de hoge kant.

Éviter la chambre 101 et les chambres avoisinantes

L emplacement, service petit déjeuner personnel très accueillant agréable très serviable

Du bruit tous les soirs le restaurant d'à côté rangait la salle donc bruit de chaise et de table, nous avons informé la réception, ce qu'ils nous on répondu: tout en faisant mine au début de ne pas comprendre, qu'effectivement il y avait du bruit et que cela était bien connu.
Surtout le dernier jour de notre départ cerise sur le gâteau le 17 août au matin la jeune femme à la réception n'était pas du tout agréable aucun savoir être ni savoir vivre , nous avons demandé un petit geste commercial de 6 € (les boissons consommées dans la chambre). Notre requête (pas pour les euros mais pour le savoir vivre) a été déboutée, confirmant le manque total d'empathie pour les clients lesquels finalement ne représentent qu'une carte de crédit semble-t-il...

Esta muy bien situado, el personal es muy amable. Estaba muy limpio. Ha sido una muy buena experiencia.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Ótima estrutura e atendimento. Quarto grande e arejado. A janela não vedava bem, mas não incomodou muito. Café da manhã bom e incluído no preço.
