Excelente! A repetir, sem dúvida
Pros:

Mesmo no centro da Cidade; O pequeno almoço era ótimo; O quarto era muito limpo e acolhedor; Funcionários muito simpáticos, prestáveis e profissionais; Bom ambiente, calmo e sossegado não obstante ser muito central. Numa próxima viagem a Guimarães será certamente o local escolhido para estadia!

Ubicación perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. En el centro de Guimaraes donde se puede ir andando a cualquier lugar de interés turístico, incluso al Castillo.
La habitación es muy amplia.
Se estaba muy calentito y no se escuchaba apenas el aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Había pocos enchufes en la habitación. Hubo que desconectar una lámpara para poder cargar los dos móviles.
No tienen aparcamiento propio y aparcar en las proximidades no es fácil. Tuvimos que aparcar a unos 15min andando.

Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación excepcional, a menos de 5 minutos andando de la plaza de São Tiago.
El personal muy amable.
La habitación con cama muy cómoda (tanto colchón como almohadas) y el desayuno completo.

Cons:

El cuarto de baño muy limpio y completo. Pero tiene bañera, lo q lo hace un poco incómodo sobre todo para gente mayor.

Nous avons apprécié lors de notre séjour. Le confort que nous avions dans notre chambre ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas apprécié lors de notre séjour. Que le service de ménage ne renouvelles pas les produits a disposition dans la chambre ( gel douche,mini sac en plastique pour le linge etc ). Aussi, que le petit déjeuner varie que cela ne soit pas tout les jours les mêmes produits. Nous sommes déçus car nous sommes des clients habituels.

Great stay, exceptional staff lovely location.
Pros:

First I would like to say the staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and they really couldn't do enough for us. The Hotel is perfectly positioned for both the old town and other parts of the town. It's just a very short walk to a multitude of restaurants and bars in the historic old town, which is beautiful. Breakfast in the breakfast room was splendid. Our spacious room was on the second floor, accessed via stairs or lift. Very comfortable bed and nice size room, What more could you want.

Nothing not to like. It was all great ...

Pros:

O pequeno almoço é bom. Se o facto de nos servirem à mesa é fora do habitual, continuamos a preferir o self-service.
Em relação ao hotel, é a nossa preferência sempre que vamos a Guimarães. A localização é excelente e o hotel é muito bom.
