Pros:

A equipe (todos) desde o pessoal da recepção, camareiras, cozinha foram muito atenciosos e solícitos. O hotel é antigo, entgretanto, nota-se que o hotel foi reformado e o hotel tem um clima muito hospitaleiro. Destaque para o pessoal da recpção e a atendente da café da manhã que é muito simpática e atenciosa.

Cons:

O hotel é um pouquinho difícil de ser encontrado. Quem não conhece o local passa despercebido já que sua entrada fica pelo fundos da rua principal. Não é que não gostei do café da manhã muito pelo contrário, todavia, prefiro que os itens fiquem à disposição para retirada do que ficar pedindo a atendente que reafirmo ser super simpática e atenciosa. O hotel dispõe de apenas 04 vagas cativas de estacionamento privativo. Em que pese, que usei o estacionamento público pago perto do local. O valor realmente cobrado pelo estacionamento público é bem satisfatório.

La ubicacion buenisima, el desayuno te lo sirven en la mesa, no es buffet, la chica q lo sirve muy agradable y repites de lo que quieras.
La habitación q nos dieron era muy amplia y con vista a la plaza mayor, genial.

Cons:

-El hotel no tiene parking, hay 4 plazas de aparcamiento alli delante, si tienes suerte y aparcas ahí genial, sino hay un parking que es muy barato allí cerca. Nosotros dejamos el coche dia y media y nos cobraron solo 6,50€.
- Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, pues son con moqueta. El baño es con bañera y resbala. Yo creo q tendrían que poner ducha.

L’emplacement, la qualité du service et l’hospitalité du personnel font de cet hôtel une valeur sûre à Guimaraes.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter de ce qu’il y a de mieux Guimaraes. Le personnel, souvent polyglotte, est à l’écoute de nos besoins. Les petits déjeuner sont superbe !
