Un pueblo con encanto
Pros:

El desayuno ha sido muy variado y de buena calidad. Consta de un personal muy atento y agradable. Las habitaciones super confortables y lo mejor es que esta en una ubicacion privilegiada.

Cons:

El ruido de la calle por la noche. Creo que debajo del hotel en una de las calles hay un bar y justo quizas porque fui en una vispera de festivo habia mucho ruido.

Hospedar-se neste hotel foi uma excelente experiência para conhecer Guimarães e a região.

A localização é espetacular, café da manhã muito gostoso, amei o pastel de natas.

Tudo ótimo. Talvez o sino da Igreja , que é próxima, poderia ser menos barulhento.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno y la amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

Tuvimos un detalle con la habitación que nos tocó, no cerraba la puerta, y cuando fuimos a decirlo nos daban una habitación la mitad de pequeña que la que teníamos. Nos fuimos muy disgustados, pero a la noche cuando volvimos nos dijeron que ya podíamos ocupar la habitación otra vez, que se había arreglado. De todas formas, no me gustó la atención inicial ante el problema, además, estuvimos dos noches y una tarde fue pendiente a las habitaciones, nos decepcionó bastante en eso.

Edificio agradable de excelente ubicación con aparcamiento delante del hotel (para pocos vehículos). Amabilidad del personal. Buen desayuno servido en mesa.

Hotel muito datado e já com sinais de desgaste, não condizente de todo com a categoria de 4 estrelas. Ausência de decoração nos quartos, secador antigo e avariado, telefone não operacional, falta de tomadas perto da cama.
