This hotel exceeded all expectations- the host Yannis was unreal, so friendly and helpful. Food and bar was amazing and really good sized pool.

Everything about the property was great, you have you’re own space in you’re own apartments , i went to the other hotel right next door last time and when i went this time Yannis was brilliant, couldn’t of asked for more of him he was welcoming and got ready for when i arrived abit later then i should’ve , air con worked perfectly fine and lovely balcony spacious room i was on my own and had 3 beds so pretty much every night i had a diff bed😂. Thank you for a great stay meraki

Kavos settembre 2025
Pros:

Kavos è una location ottima come base per esplorare le splendide spiagge a sud dell'isola. Host estremamente ospitale, servizio di pulizia in camera quotidiano e impeccabile. Piscina aperta h24. Terrazzzo vista mare. Molto vicino alla spiaggia (che però non ci è piaciuta). Parcheggio gratuito in loco.

Cons:

Il paese in sé è decisamente caotico e la spiaggia inesistente o, dove c'è, bruttina e maleodorante. Necessario avere un mezzo a noleggio oppure studiare bene gli orari dei trasporti pubblici per spostarsi. La dotazione della cucina veramente troppo basic: 2 posate per tipo, 2 piatti fondi e 2 piani, una padellina, un tegame, 2 tazze, 2 bicchieri, 1 bollitore, 2 fornelli elettrici.

Nette Putzfrauen, Zimmer mit Balkon und seitlichem Blick zum Meer, relativ großes Zimmer, Bar 24/7 geöffnet und sauberer Pool, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, WiFi, zentral und alles fußläfig erreichbar

Cons:

Leider vieles
- extrem weiche Matratzen, man spürt die Federn
- Kissen ebenfalls platt
- Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen
- defektes Fenster im Bad,konnte nicht zugenacht werden, welches aber direkt zum Flur führt
- Dusche keine Wände oder Vorhang, nur Duschwanne -> beim Duschen kamm der Schaum aus dem Duschabfluss in der Mitte des Bads wieder raus
- Silberfisch im Schlafbereich
- Klima funktioniert zwar aber neben dem Kopfteil des Betts, was eine Nutzung nachts unmöglich macht

Alles in allem ein Hotel für Jugendliche bzw. Partyleute, die nicht viel benötigen oder erwarten und in der Nähe der Partymeile seien wollen.
