Pros:

Hotel was amaxing clean wen arrived perfect spot hotwl staff amazing. The only problem was getting them to clean the room
U had to ask and wen i was leaving for the dsy the staff were not thete to ask
He said there was a short staff whitch i can understand ! But this hotel was exspencive clean the room any way its right on beach so loads of sand any way just clean rokm every day woth out asking
Or leave a brush so we can bush the floor

The staff was very rude. When I tried to check out in the morning, I waited for hours, but there was no one at the reception desk. I couldn't get any help from the service team. Furthermore, they never informed me of the checkout time, which was unexpectedly early. To make matters worse, they charged me a late fee despite never telling me the policy

Schöne Bungalows in einem traumhaften. Tropischen Garten
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in einem wunderschönen tropischen Garten.
Man hat einen wunderschönen Balkon zum Sitzen und auch das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit Bademantel und Flip, Flops und Kühlschrank. Sowie einem Wasserkocher.
Das ist für Unterkünfte in Kambodscha und speziell auf Koh Rhong nicht Standard.
Das Personal war super freundlich und super nett.
Ja, es ist nicht alles auf westlichen stand und auch baulich nicht auf westlichen stand, aber wir sind auf einer Insel wo alles per Schiff ran transportiert werden muss und auch nicht an jeder Ecke professionelle Bauarbeiter zu finden sind.

Cons:

Leider kein Frühstück dabei. Bei diesen Preis hätte ich zumindest ein basic Frühstück erwartet.
Leider fehlen richtiges Sonnenliegen am Strand. Dieses aber zu dem mit geschuldet, dass die Unterkunft am Dorf der Insel ist, wo sehr viel Leben ist und auch der Strand sehr zugebaut ist mit Restaurants und viel mehr los ist als am long Set beach.
Mehr also entspannten ruhigen Strandurlaub haben will, ist hier auf jeden Fall nicht gut aufgehoben, sondern sollte er nach long set gehen.
Der Weg zu dem Bungalows ist ein steiler Berg, das sollte in der Anzeige stehen.
Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen beim Gehen ist es daher nicht wirklich geeignet.

Pros:

Because we were guest from the hotel we were able to rent a scooter without leaving our passport as a deposit, this is amazing!
Rooms are super clean, spacious and quiet!
The guy at the front desk was super nice and accommodating.
Just accrocs the street from the beach.
Fridge in the room is convenient.

A fuir! Hôtel insalubre très cher pour ce que c'est, très salle draps tâcher sol non nettoyer douche moisi. Frigo qui pue insupportable! Et patron ou responsable hautain pour couronner le tous!!
Ns étions 4 il n'y avait que 2 serviettes de bain pour lui c'était 'normal' ns avons dû en réclamer et en plus réclamer le nettoyage. A éviter avec des enfants. Hyper bruyant. Pas confortable!

Great stay

Location , service , room but specially Ravy which was promptly there for any issue and request from us

I didn't like the loud music late in the night , but I know wasn't from the hotel but a bar very close to the hotel

La recepción es deplorable, sucia, desprolija. No tenes donde sentarte dignamente ni donde dejar los bolsos SEGUROS hasta el horario del check in

Schönes Bungalow an guter Lage. Nettes Personal.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer Bungalow. Das Bungalow ist gross und modern, an zentraler Lage. Das Bad ist einfach aber das Warmwasser funktioniert. Klimaanlage auch. Dadurch das es etwas zurückgesetzt ist hatten wir keine Probleme mit dem Lärm der Musik. Man kann direkt einen Roller an der Reception bestellen. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Receptionist .

Cons:

Schlechtes und sehr langsames Wi-Fi. Unakzeptabel heutzutage.

Disappointing
Pros:

Not much if I'm honest, refund for the last night was helpful

Cons:

I was really looking forward to staying in Koh Rong but I was very disappointed, Koh Touch itself was dirty and unappealing, long set beach was so much better, the room was tired and old, locks didn't work on my doors so had to use a bike lock to wrap around the handles to lock it, at first the key kept getting stuck in the lock so some WD40 was needed but I was worried it would get stuck while I was in my room and then not be able to get out. As a solo woman traveller this didn't give me much safety. Air conditioning leaked, the hose on the back of the toilet came loose then water was going all over the bathroom floor and I had to quickly reattach the bolt before it flooded. WiFI would be none existent sometimes so was unable to watch my ipad at night as there was no TV. Electricity would cut out a lot. Decor was worn and tired, didn't meet my expectations at all and I left a day earlier, they did refund me the last night though which was great. Maintenance and refurbishment is definitely needed but for me go to long set beach instead
