Dream Resort

A fuir! Hôtel insalubre très cher pour ce que c'est, très salle draps tâcher sol non nettoyer douche moisi. Frigo qui pue insupportable! Et patron ou responsable hautain pour couronner le tous!!
Ns étions 4 il n'y avait que 2 serviettes de bain pour lui c'était 'normal' ns avons dû en réclamer et en plus réclamer le nettoyage. A éviter avec des enfants. Hyper bruyant. Pas confortable!

I didn't like the loud music late in the night , but I know wasn't from the hotel but a bar very close to the hotel

Schlechtes und sehr langsames Wi-Fi. Unakzeptabel heutzutage.

I was really looking forward to staying in Koh Rong but I was very disappointed, Koh Touch itself was dirty and unappealing, long set beach was so much better, the room was tired and old, locks didn't work on my doors so had to use a bike lock to wrap around the handles to lock it, at first the key kept getting stuck in the lock so some WD40 was needed but I was worried it would get stuck while I was in my room and then not be able to get out. As a solo woman traveller this didn't give me much safety. Air conditioning leaked, the hose on the back of the toilet came loose then water was going all over the bathroom floor and I had to quickly reattach the bolt before it flooded. WiFI would be none existent sometimes so was unable to watch my ipad at night as there was no TV. Electricity would cut out a lot. Decor was worn and tired, didn't meet my expectations at all and I left a day earlier, they did refund me the last night though which was great. Maintenance and refurbishment is definitely needed but for me go to long set beach instead

We stayed for 1 night. Paid 55$.
Our bedsheets were dirty. There were different stains and last clients hair in our bed. They were very dirty actually.
It is 1st time in our travel history when we had to change bed sheets in the evening by ourselves. Guy from reception did not understand much english. He asked if we want to change sheets today or tomorrow. Wait, what? :D There were hairs on our bathroom floor. And bathroom stinked so hard in the morning.
For this money i do not suggest at all to stay in this resort.

-Non existent WiFi
-non functioning toilet
- no running water at times and when it did the sink severely leaked
- no electricity at times which also meant that there was no air conditioning
- 2 towels for a room of 4 people and they smelt awful. Would not give us more
- broken windows allowing any and all insects to come in the room including mosquitos.
- customer service was awful. They did NOT reply to my messages asking for help on getting to the island or the property. Extremely rude.

It was not cleaned properly after the previous guests had vacated, we had to go to reception to get some towels and request that the bathroom be cleaned as it was filthy, we went to make a coffee with the supplies in the room but upon opening the kettle there was a bunch of green leaves / plant inside, again left behind from previous guests, it was vile, for the money you charge I would expect a better quality, the rooms certainly DO NOT look like the pictures you advertise.
The shower was pointing at the toilet area & when you used the sink it all leaked over the floor once you turned off the tap, again vile.

The shower was hard to use as it didn't point downwards. A rain shower would be much better.

Also communal families non existent due to upgrading hence no bar no restaurant etc just a room currently. Lots close by though.

Staff were very nice indeed.

Upon arrival, we discovered that our toilet was leaking a strange brown liquid and didn’t flush. We were kindly offered another room after the reception told us this would take a while to fix and we accepted. Once we moved rooms, we were told (when we moved all our belongings) that the lights in this room didn’t work either but they would be fixed and they never were. The shower then had no pressure and was freezing cold. The WiFi didn’t work and at times, the electricty just cut out including the AC which in 30 degree heat, isn’t ideal. It was also louddddd all the time with music blaring from both the bar closest on the beach, the reception area and nestival. We excepted nestival to be loud but not the hotel area itself..
