The location and it’s quiet only.

Cons:

I had a serious issue with one of the housekeeping staff members and submitted a complaint, but I never received any response.

In addition, I was initially assigned a room where the telephone was not working and the air conditioning was extremely warm, which seemed to be done to save energy. This is completely unacceptable, especially during the summer.

In addition, the swimming pool was not clean because it was also being used by gym members who shared the pool with hotel guests.

The room was also not clean, and the overall housekeeping standards did not meet the level expected from the hotel.

Suite à un problème lors de notre séjour où nous nous sommes retrouvées sans logement avant notre départ dans la nuit, merci à l accueil du personnel, 2 femmes exceptionnelles qui ont su nous rassurer et nous redonner le sourire. Chambre magnifique et piscine parfaite.

Cons:

Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas un mot de français surtout pour un hôtel de cet envergure et qui reçoit de nombreux visiteurs étrangers dont beaucoup de français.

Pros:

We had visa issues at our (next) destination country and needed to book an unexpected last-minute stay -and chose the Radisson. This hotel is the best choice if you want to stay somewhere convenient to the airport. There are restaurants and facilities at the base of the hotel (especially the little grocery store), which offer a variety of choices and snacks (especially if you have little snackers in your family).
