Pros:

Location is near the Airport, therefore for a day room it works. However, overall the rooms are a 3* rating. Bathrooms need improvement.

Cons:

The housekeepers forgot to clean the room despite the clean sign on.

Le personnel a passé 30 minutes a essayé de trouver une solution car leur TV ne fonctionnait pas.

Cons:

On a réservé une Suite 1 chambre...on nous a gratuitement up-gradé sans nous donner plus d'informations...en réalité on a reçu un appartement 3 chambres avec une vue sur un immeuble en construction avec des bâches qui fessaient un bruit fracassantes mais surtout l'état de propreté de la salle de bains ...une touffes de cheveux dans la douches, des morceaux de papiers toilettes derrière la porte.

In total it was too expensive for the quality they offered.

Прекрасный, новый современный отель недалеко от аэропорта. Рядом находится небольшой торговый центр, где есть выбор разных кафе и ресторанов. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Бассейн чистый. Заселили раньше чек ина. Персонал очень приветливый и старается решить все вопросы

أعجبني كل شيء في الإقامة، من حسن الاستقبال وسرعة إجراءات الدخول إلى نظافة الغرفة وجودة الأثاث. طاقم العمل كان محترفًا جدًا ومتعاونًا، والخدمة كانت على مستوى عالٍ من الرقي والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

Exceptional
Pros:

Our stay at Radisson Residences Heliopolis Cairo was truly excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their friendliness and attentiveness really stood out and made the whole experience feel personal rather than just another hotel stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a spacious suite for a very reasonable additional cost (around $90), and it was absolutely worth it. The suite was sprawling, beautifully laid out, and extremely comfortable — plenty of space to relax after long days exploring Cairo. The bed was very comfortable, the amenities were modern, and everything felt well maintained.

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. Both the room and common areas were spotless, which added to the overall sense of comfort and quality. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day.

The location is also convenient, especially for airport access and getting around the city, making it a great base whether you’re visiting for leisure or business.

Overall, a wonderful stay with fantastic service, great value, and excellent comfort. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo.

Worst Radisson EVER
Pros:

It was close to the airport.

Cons:

1. I booked pay at property, they charged my card anyway, even though I had paid extra. On checking they said it was a hold that would be released. Turned out this was incorrect.
2.the room was not clean and the hotel was run down.
3. I ordered a beer and burger at the bar. Burger was terrible, cheese not melted and when I told the staff they said that is because cheddar does not melt. Eventually a manager agreed it was very poor, but still charged me full price. Oh and the beer was warm.
4. The fire alarm went off at 0600 am.
5. On check out they admitted it was a mistake.
6. For all the trouble the offered me one free non alcoholic drink. I told them this was insulting!
