Ein unvergesslicher. erholsamer Urlaub
Pros:

Das Zimmer war im Nebengebäude aber top sauber der Ausblick atemberaubend Bergblick rundum egal ob vom Tisch oder aus dem Bett phantastisch.
Das Frühstück gab es im Restaurant Castello auch hier der Ausblick unübertroffen, das Personal herzlich und aufmerksam es fehlte an nichts.
Wer einen ruhigen und stressfreien Ort in den Bergen sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
Ich komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der Online Checkout bequem aber mir zu unpersönlich, es kam zwar im Nachgang eine Mail och hätte eine persönliche Verabschiedung besser gefunden es ist ja Nebensaison in der Hauptsaison kann ich das aus Zeitgründen nachvollziehen.

Di fatto un bed and breakfast La struttura principale è chiusa in estate , la reception chiude alle 5 e mi hanno tempestato di messaggi per ricordarmelo Se hai bisogno di qualcosa dopo quell’ora non c’è nessuno in hotel. Non parliamo poi di quello che chiamano ristorante il castello. ….un vero disastro

Cons:

Gebucht war ein "kleines Doppelzimmer", lt Booking.com mit franz. Doppelbett. Bei Ankunft wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Matratze nur 1,4 x 2m groß sei und nur von einer Seite belegt werden könne. Es wurde ein kostenpflichtiges Update auf eine Mansardenwohnung im Nebengebäude angeboten. Hier war die Matratze (auf dem Boden liegend) 1,8 x 2m groß und auch nur von einer Seite zu belegen.
Insgesamt war die Wohnung extrem klein. Das Badezimmer hatte etwa 2m², Platz für ein Waschbecken gab es nicht. Zähneputzen etc konnte man in einer Küchenspüle. Auch sonst war es seehr eng. Ich habe noch nie in einem derart kleinen Zimmer mit 2 Personen übernachtet. Der Gesamteindruck entsprach dem eines very-low-budget-Hotel.
Das Haupthaus war (bis auf die Rezeption) verwaist. Das Restaurant geschlossen. Verköstigt wurde man in einer modernen Lounge mit Pizza, Pasta und Burger.
Gemessen an der gebotenen Leistung war die Übernachtung maßlos überteuert.
Wir hatten für eine Nacht am besten, traditionellsten und renommiertesten Haus im Ort reserviert. Unsere Vorstellung war eine deutlich andere.
